Thermastat works improperly

This thing is awesome. Heats my garage fairly quickly, thermostat is a nice feature to keep it above freezing. Little pricey to run kerosene or diesel but it does the job.

Heater has worked great so far. Have run roughly 30 gallons of Kerosene through it.

Thermostat sucks. Doesn't come on and off efficiently. Doesn't read correctly. Too hot or too cold is what ends up happening.

Works great heats my garage in minutes.

Worked great for our greenhouse . Kept our plants from freezing .Thermostat is a great feature . Highly recommend.

I bought this Mr. Heater 80,000 btu’s because of the recent Artic blast of cold air that made it to southwest Louisiana where I live. Temps dipped down to 17 degrees and 3 of my neighbors had busted pipes. I used it to blast warm air under my house to keep my pipes from freezing and bursting. Even though they’re wrapped and insulated I had one burst on me a couple years ago. Man this torpedo heater really did the trick. Best part is it runs on diesel and a full tank goes for about 10 hours of operation. I use it also to heat my garage which it does very quickly. Worth every penny.

We have several heaters in our warehouse, this is our latest edition. It was easy to assemble and got right to work. No issues.

Leaked diesel full first couple days used had to return

I buy for my husband he is a contractor winter time is hard to work outside installing Sheetrock he love thanks home Depot for make are life so easy.

For starters, the fuel fill location makes it very difficult to fill with today's spillproof spouts. Until you buy a flexible extension you will likely spill fuel every time you fill it. On the initial startup and for the next four or five attempts it just blew smoke - lots of it, so don't start it inside until you get it tuned. The instructions tell you to adjust the fuel pressure using the pressure gauge - which is not supplied with the model. When I spoke to tech support their default reply was it must be bad fuel or water in the fuel. This was a new unit with fuel right from the pump.

Bought this heater and filled it up with Diesel, ran it all day and didn't smell any fumes at all. Awesome product ☆☆☆☆☆

The fuel access is directly under the heat element, and centered. There is no way to refuel without a flexible funnel so it takes 2 people to re-fuel.

It was really easy to set up. I went directly from Home Depot to diesel station and filled directly from pump. It heated up my garage from 20 to 55 in around 1 hour. Seems to be fairly efficient. Ran for 3 hours and seems to only have used 1.5 gallon diesel.

Mr Heater works great in the cold temps, warms up my uninsulated garage on the cold days so I can work comfortably. Only had it for about a month but it blasts the heat.

Came assembled all except handle. Is a little on the loud side.
