The connector from the solar panel to the unit did not connect. This generator was useless when I really needed it and Natures Generator's instructions were useless and did not have any diagrams to show how to connect properly. The fix (which i had to search for with no help from them was another $80 cable to connect the 2 items. How can a company overlook such an essential part of their products functionality and still remain in business? Plus their Customer Service should find out EXACTLY what the customers need regarding their products and give them solutions BEFORE asking for Zip codes and where you bought it at and customer info....amazing how these knuckleheads stay in business. One more time for you hard to understand reps: the zip code doesn't solve the problem!!!

So far so good haven't tested with too much and haven't had any power outages so we'll see it's real heavy good thing it has wheels on it. Generator and the solar panels were packed very well came safely no damage. Had some problems setting up the Bluetooth device Manuel didn't explain it very well didn't understand that you had to push the send passphrase and then get it in your email finally figured it out I had to call customer service felt stupid after that. Customer service was very helpful and very easy to get in contact with a live person. It says on it to charge it for 24 hours when you first get it but it comes pretty much fully charged. Thanks for a great generator looking forward to expand more on it that's the reason I bought it because it is fully expandable. Did a lot of research on different ones and most of them are not expandable. one feature I like is that you can use a wind turbine too most don't allow you to do that. one thing I noticed is the USB port will not charge your iPad you have to plug it into the 110 with your iPad adapter no biggie though. The wheel assembly for the generator was very easy to put on good instructions they gave you all the tools you need. Haven't set up the solar panel yet but I'm sure that's easy too. That's about it highly recommended it thanks

The generator is pretty good. I wanted more power but that just means I have to purchase more pods. I know it can handle a lot of watts but in order to run like six hours, u have to stay around 150 watts. It works. So, I’ll stick with it.

Love the generator and the solar panel is really high quality stuff and I'm so glad that the home Depot had it for me, they're awesome! did take some time to put the solar panel together with a lot of little bolts and screws that were hard to get to. it couple people. But it's worth it I love it. remember, I've only had it less than a month it should last year's ..

I use a dialysis machine so using natures generator during electrical storms or brown outs is necessary for my therapy.

It will only give you 288Wh capacity at 50% discharge which isn’t much at all. It doesn’t run a mini refrigerator for the time it claims, it will drain a fully charged battery within 3-4 hours and the battery should never be discharged beyond 50%. So the claims of running a full size refrigerator for the claimed hours is no way possible. It’s pretty good though other than very low capacity.

What better way to prepare for a hurricane then to not have to go and fill up gasoline cans and make adjustments on engine settings. Plug in or connect to the solar panel and charge the unit up without a though or leaving your home. Need longer run time, easy expansion of battery sets, just stack.

Bought, assembled waited 24hrs+ for enough sun, then checked LCD display. I plugged in my new mini frig & all is working great! I'm very happy! Was living outta of coolers. It's gonna be so nice not having to buy ice. I Wanna buy more Nature's Generator products soon. Thank you so much!

Came as scheduled. Assembly for solar and cart required (45mins) Tested, all in working order.

Missing bearings in the cart assembly. Home Depot declined to help. Out of luck I guess...

Mine came without solar panel and with broken Styrofoam pieces in the box. Is there a second box to this item?

Easy to assemble, easy to use. Only thing is that the power cord compartment too loose; it makes the cord fall out frequently.

It was easy to put together. It is going to be used in a storage building that has no power that I am turning into a weaving studio.

Generator arrived fully charged and ready to use. Support staff gave assistance as needed with assembly. I have recommended to friends and family.

I purchased the generator with one solar panel, then purchased a second solar panel from another supplier (which is compatible) and just now purchased the wind turbine (price lowered by $150). The reason for purchasing is that we are moving to an off-grid cottage and I work from a home-office and need %100 reliable power. We have a gas generator and a 48 watt solar system but I want something separate to ensure I have a second source (and the reason I purchased the turbine). What I love the most about Nature's Generator - the ease of use - very well thought out and quick for me to move around and use. We are just finishing up construction of the cottage - while there we have been using Nature's Generator for lighting, to run various construction tools, and to charge a cell phone. Before we were using the gasoline generator - which consumed way too much fuel and was incredibly noisy. We plan to add to Nature's Generator and hope the manufacturer thinks about designing a 48v system. I realize the unit is heavy at 12v (the battery being the biggest issue) but perhaps you can design the system to plug and play and easy hook up for BYOB (bring your own batteries) - it will save you in shipping costs and for the user, it will be much easier to place the solar generator where needed, then add the batteries. I am also very hopeful you will look into the salt battery technology which would allow the solar generator to ship on any transport, also safe to be indoors. Advice to manufacturer - don't increase the price, your products are expensive to purchase but hoping they will be a good return on our investment.
