I bought two plants. Both severely rooted. One is dead and the jury is out on the other.

The plants came smooshed and mostly dead. 3 out of the 4 plants have died

The plant was received early than expected, mostly dry and dead

I would to voice my disappointment and request a refund because I received a dead plant

The first time i got the shopping experience of ARE-YOU-KIDDING-ME. Much smaller than expected and half as good as dead.

Gorgeous! No blooms just yet, but they're getting so full and just gorgeous. I ordered two of these that shipped from Florida to Texas in the middle of HOT July, but were packaged so well they still looked amazing upon arrival. Can't wait for the blooms, but even now they're beautiful!

Purchased these last year and thought they died due to the cold weather in Texas, however they have come back and are beautiful.

Showed up weeks late and dead

Paid for 2 only received 1. Phoned customer service and went to Home Depot with no resolution!!

Healthy, easy to plant and thriving

Ordered and paid for three plants. Only received one. Contacted HD and was told I would receive refund for two plants but only received refund for one plant. Will never buy from HD online again

Plant arrived bone dry, leaves yellowed and browning. I was tempted to return it. Instead I planted it and a week later there were signs of life. It is now slowly coming back. I would not buy a plant "maik order from HD given this experience. I rated it fair, only because the plant actually survived or it would have been poor.

I received the plant half dead, went to Home Depot to return it, and hopefully get another plant. Unfortunately, they have not received any lemongrass plants as of yet. Very dissatisfied.

It was a lot better than the previous, smaller but it seems nice and ready to grow, customer service was excellent and professional. I’m very satisfied with my lemon grass!

The plant was very dry and did not survive being transplanted.

The plant never fully recovered from being shipped. It is still barely alive, but not growing. I probably won’t ever order from this place again.

The leaves were yellowing and wilting

It's small, not full like you would expect when buying in the store, but it's healthy. It's lemongrass...so it's grass! Just keep it watered and give it some sun and it should be fine. I couldn't find a plant at any stores. And HD had the best price for delivery. It will be fine. So glad I was able to order one. Thank you HD

I ordered 2 of these plants and they arrived half dead / roots of plant exposed /dirt spilled bc was shipped sideways im guessing. Horrible way to ship plants
