I wanted a wine cooler with a lock. And this is the perfect size. Fits perfectly in my living room. Comes with 2 keys.

The fridge looks great, came well packed, no damaged. It is easy to adjust temps and works well. But it is noisy, I would have returned it, had it not been that I gave away the one I had for this smaller one.

Great addition to our kitchen and dining area. The lock is great, only thing missing is a control panel lock keeping the curious kids from pressing the buttons. Compressor runs more when temp is set really low, stay around 50 degrees

Had this wine cooler for about 2 weeks now, so far so good, only thing is sometimes it makes a loud noise coming from the motor

I have had this wine cooler for 6 months now. It keeps a good temp of 42 until it starts to ice up on the inside. I do live in Florida with very high humidity so I end up thawing it out about once a week. I just unplug it and after 15 minutes of having it open, wipe it out. It does make some odd creeks and clunks that unless it's quiet, like at night, you don't notice. It's not noted anywhere but the light only stays on for a few minutes. There is no way to keep it on. We did enclose it but put a large vent on the side.

Nice wine cooler. Was a little disappointed that we couldn't change the direction that the door opens from like a regular refrigerator.

Love this wine cooler! I'm just a casual wine drinker so the size is perfect for me. I like my wine really cold, and this coolers temp is able to be adjusted much lower than all the others I looked at.

Shelves are a bit rigid. Would like to use the bottom space for other drinks but it doesn’t seem to fit comfortably. If there was more “give” in the shelves to accommodate things other than wine bottles, this would’ve received 5 Star’s.

Makes too much noise

We received the wine cooler and after half an hour trying to install the handle, we realized that the screws provided were too short. We bought new screws and finally were able to install the handle. Needless to say it was not a good experience. I wish Newair would test the screws before sending it. Quality control is lacking.

Working great. Door handle installation was a challenge.

Good product for the price points. I did buy the extended warranty though.

So far so good but I only had it about a month. It is a little noisy but not bad compared to some reviews. Very clean looking.

Seems noisier than other fridges I have had

Good looking unit, keeps my wine at the correct temperature; however, one of the fans runs continuously creating some noise. I reached out to NewAir and they said this was normal. I'm a little disappointed - otherwise would have rated it a 5.

I've had the NewAir 27 Bottle Wine Fridge for 4 years now and it's as good as the day I bought it. Always keeps the wine at the desired temperature. Highly recommend!

extremely loud unit. Tried to place in Spare bedroom but I could hear it there as well. In retrospect, should have bought a dual zone and made sure reivew suggested quiet compressor.

Very nice looking in our house with the chrome door outline and blue lighting inside.

The cooler is far too noisy. It’s unusable in a home.

I like the size looks of the unit. It's also good to know the company will stand behind their product.
