Easy to use; installed 54 boxes in 3 hours. Cut to fit using table saw. Even supports the weight of a hot tub. Looks great.

I received it a few days ago and have about 1/2 installed. (42 boxes) High quality, pieces fit. Cutting around posts can be a challenge, but the learning curve is steep. Open areas go in very fast. Make sure your surface is level! A game changer for a tired deck. No more staining, painting!

These deck tiles transformed my back patio! Very easy to install and not too much struggle to pick back up. I did my whole 200sqft patio in one evening. I intended for these tiles to cover my existing concrete patio that had about 0-2 inches in mismatch between the concrete slabs due to settling. I didn’t feel like spending the time or money on a more permanent leveling solution so I just used a combination of sand and gravel to fill in the depth of the 1-2 inches of mismatch between the slabs. You can feel a bit of give when stepping on the tiles that are laid on sand, however after a few weeks they’ve seemed to settle quite well. Also where the gap was deeper (2”) there is a bit of visible unevenness that I believe I could rather easily improve if I lifted the tiles back up to re-rake the sand/gravel more evenly. I did have to lay trash bags over the sand beneath the tiles due to the awful crunching noise that was made when the tiles were directly atop the sand. If you’re already working with a relatively even surface these tiles work wonderfully! And if you have a bit of unevenness you can still make them work. Even one month later I still find myself admiring the improvement to the aesthetic of my backyard with these tiles installed!

We love this product. Easy to install and it has withstood heavy rain, heat, and sub-freezing weather. We did 1/2 of an 80' x 11' concrete deck in the summer of 2018 and finished it in Feb 2019. It looks great and so far seems to be holding great.

Easy to install, great looking, steading when stepping on it. Looks durable. I have it now for 1 week. The only tinny set back are the pole contouring. I will take the 3 tiles that will go around a pole to HomeDepot and hopefully they will do the cut for me. Meet all my expectations.

Put down about 240 sq ft of NewTechWood Ultra Shield Naturale (1X1 deck tiles). The product is great with one exception. When you get to cutting tiles along the edge ... and the cut is down the length of the wood plank and the 4 screws are on the waste side of the cut, or all four screws have to be removed from a plank to allow the cut ... There is nothing to secure the remaining plank. I was sure I was missing some trick and called the support number. They said it was problem and they were working on a solution. For now, the recommendation is to glue the plank in place (using liquid nail) before removing the screws. When the adhesive is dry, remove the screws and make the cut. It works OK, but you have to plan ahead and wait for the adhesive to dry (24 hours). Love my new patio floor!

We have a balcony at our house that had some crappy indoor/outdoor carpet on it. We replaced it with these deck tiles and our balcony is exponentially better now. Easy and actually fun to install. Highly recommend!

Beautiful product Time consuming but not difficult to install Looks fabulous

I absolutely love these! We had been looking for something to cover the very rough concrete floor in our screened lanai/back porch for years, until I found these online. We went to our local Home Depot to check them out, but they weren't carried in-store. The very nice man, though, went online with us to look at them, and he recommended that we buy one carton to ship directly to our house to look at, practice with, see if we liked them. If we didn't, he said we could return them to the local store; if we did, we could order the other 18 boxes. When the first box came, we were impressed with the quality of the tiles and tried different configurations, checked to see how they fit together (easy--just like putting legos together), found that 7 tiles fit perfectly across the width of our lanai. So we ordered the rest (delivered right to our driveway). Each box is 25 lbs, so I, a [admittedly, nimble] 74-year-old woman, could handle them with ease. I started at the outside doorway, thinking that would make a clean line to start but found, two-thirds of the way, that I was in trouble: there are three screen sections with brick columns in between, and the third section was 1/2 inch shorter house-wall-to-screen wall. I knew I had some wiggle room, so I tore up the flooring into strips and sections and re-positioned everything, starting at the midway French doors to the house, then to the "short" side, then towards the screen door--and everything came out perfectly. It was just a matter of connecting the bigger sections together like a jigsaw puzzle. The few cuts we had to make were easy too, with a table saw--no rough edges, no splinters, no raw edges (the color goes all the way through). Even redoing the whole floor, it only took me about three hours, except for the five pieces around the columns--which my husband insisted on doing. I love the way it looks, it is easy to clean, and I can move things around on it very easily.

Just passed its' first week of use. The product was as advertised. It was consistent color tile to tile. The method to join tiles was easy to perform and made a solid connection between the tiles. It was easy to accurately cut with oscillating saw. I did not use border tile as they were not needed. This product will most likely not be usable over a standard 2x6 deck as its' thickness places the surface slightly above a door's threshold. If I can come up with a way to overcome this problem, I will be using more of this product.

I wanted to order this product last Spring but it was out of stock and was disappointed. I called the distributor and they were kind enough to send me one tile each for 2 colors I was debating and since I would need to order 20 boxes...nearly 200 sq. ft. I was surprised as to the great quality of the tiles. I was determined to order the Canadian Maple tiles as soon as I saw them in stock this Spring so 20 boxes sat in my dining room until the weather warmed up. The tiles snap over one side of the tile and under the other side so they are very secure but the installation took me a little more time than I expected. The last row of tiles were an inch too long and I easily cut them with a wet tile saw. The tile saw did not go all the way through to the supporting grid layer but garden clippers took care of it. I love my tiles and I waited sooooo long to get them. I am a Virginia Master Gardener and obsess over my townhouse patio design and these tiles impressed me.

We chose to place our NewTechWood tiles over concrete which we had poured to extend our prior small patio. They were easy to lay down but since much of the extended patio was freestanding we ensured our base was divisable by 1’ to ensure we could frame them with the edging. We are very impressed with the result. Be mindful that they do become hot if they are in direct sunlight.

The tiles were great to work with. Very easy to put together. It did not take long. Out of 140 tiles, in had to cut only 8, along one side of the patio. It looks great and resists water from heavy thunderstorms. Best of all, my wife loves the result.

Easy project that gives you a Big Bang for your effort. These tiles were relately easy to lay down. As others have mentioned pulling them up requires effort, but is doable. This is not inexpensive, but that shows in the quality of the product. Very happy

The tiles were extremely easy to put together and made an otherwise drab area pop. The instructional video is a little misleading because it says there are end pieces to finish off the tiles in the boxes. That is not the case. Fortunately, we did not need the end pieces for the area we installed the tiles in. We love the new area we have created in our backyard. At less than half the cost of a composite wood deck, these tiles are worth it.

I'm very happy with this product. The tiles connect easily, I was able to lay out 150 square feet in about an hour and luckily did not have to do any cutting. It made a huge improvement in the look of our patio.

Great product. My neighbors also seem to agree as many have stopped by to say how good my new deck looks. Very easy and quick to install. Only had 1 cut to perform, which was easily done with a hacksaw. No issues so far.

Using it for a small upper porch. Easy to use. Simple to install and cut...... light weight. I would use it again for sure.

Easy to put together a bit harder to take apart - no instructions how to easily disconnect the pieces which can result in damage to the joints / screw connections if more force is required. Otherwise looks great durability remains to be seen...

We love our new deck and that is was so easy to complete. I did it myself with just a little help from a friend. No more nasty old faded,peeled stain!

This deck tile was the perfect solution to what to put on our small 2nd floor deck. We needed something stylish, durable and able to allow water to drain through to the drain underneath. This fit the bill in all ways. My contractor said that it was so easy to install that a DIYer could do it. It looks fabulous. The price was reasonable for the quality of the product. Very pleased with this product.

Finished installation turned out great, it was the perfect solution to improve our concrete patio and front porch. Super easy installation. I would have given it a 5, but there is no way to cover cut edges with a trim if the the edge is exposed. When the product is cut, it loses the male/ female connectors.

These go down super easy and look great. They hold up well with the dogs running on them.

I did A LOT of homework on deck tiles. These had the best reviews on many sites. I finally went to purchase them and they were not in stock. I waited anxiously for them to restock. It didn't take long, but it felt like it did. They came quickly and how could you not love free shipping? My husband and I installed them on our 84 sq ft balcony. We did have to trim them a bit, but that was easy too. We had it completely done and put back together in 3 hrs. This included having to undo a row because we came upon a lip on the building. Again, quick and easy fix. They look amazing! One review on these deck tiles said they still looked the same a year later. No fading at all. Easy to install and looks great! This product has exceeded my expectations!
