Nice looking lights for the backyard. The problem is squirrels ate through the cords! I went through 4 strands of lights before I discovered manufacturers are now using more "green" material in their products like soy. That is wonderful except the squirrels eat it. Will not buy again unfortunately.

A great light string, with a warm color and good brightness. I would recommend these for general patio lighting.

Nice party lights. Much brighter than I expected for a .5 watt LED bulb. But, I bought a remote control dimmer, so I can make that as bright, or soft as I like.

LOVE these lights! I have purchased 5 strands for my BBQ gazebo and backyard and they look beautiful.

So far I’m really liking them. They’re quite bright, but that’s great, because even at night we can sit on my deck and see to eat. Before I had green cord icicle lights and I do miss the “blanketing” of lights. The 50 foot cord covered the outline of my deck perfectly. They’re great lights :)

Very happy. Bought 2- 50ft strands to attach together. The bulbs are only 1 1/2" but give amazing light. The remote control is great. In addition to on/off, you can set the brightness to what you want and also set to turn off after 1 - 4 hours. A great choice.

We love sitting outside in the evenings under our patio cover. These lights give it just the right touch.

I like the fact that the lightbulbs are shatterproof and not as big as other outdoor lights.

bought a year ago. my 50 light set has been burning every nite, on outside deck, for 8 hrs (on timer) & no bulbs have burned out! also, i have them on a dimmer & have brightness turned down to about half, so wattage useage is around 13 watts for all 50 bulbs! a dimmer to control brightness is a big plus. very pleased with this set of lights.

I like the type of lights, however, 18 of the 50 do not light. That's AFTER I replaced a few of them with the 5 extra ones included in the package. Needless to say, I'm disappointed in the product.

I haven’t put them up outside yet due to the weather. These lights are very nice looking and not a cheap looking item. We put these same lights on our screened in porch and we are very happy with them. They cast a nice warm light, not a real bright light. The price is very good. I would definitely recommend these lights.

Have them on a timer and they work perfectly.

So far so good, provides good lighting and I like how the lights are closer together than other kinds.

The lights work well and look great! I used them along the fence in the backyard to add extra lighting. The bulbs are made of glass and are very delicate though, so be extra cautious when installing them. They accidentally swung against the wall once and I broke a few bulbs. Luckily the pack comes with a few extra bulbs, so I didn't have to run back to the store to find replacements.

The 50-ft version of this string comes with a remote dimmer and on/off switch. The 25ft version of this string does not. Seems like the same bulbs, from the same manufacturer would have the same features but they do not. The 25 ft version you plug in to turn on. To turn off, you unplug it.

Reading the past reviews, I was careful handling these bulbs when unboxing and putting them up, and did not have any problems. They were packed in custom foam padding for shipping and there was no breakage. Once up, the bulbs were very bright. I turned them down to 50% brightness and they give a nice glow. Hopefully the lower setting will also prolong the life of these bulbs, as they are very attractive up. The whole family enjoys seeing them. I have one set of 50 draped on the underside of branches of a small tree - about 10 foot diameter of the branches. Would like another set of 25 up there to give it a more "done" look, but they were delayed in shipping. Makes the back yard look more like an enchanted garden at night - important in winter - and the ability to lower the settings ensures the neighbors don't get irritated by the lights. The only caveat is that the remote has trouble going through the house and across the back yard, about 40 -50 ft of clear air beyond the window, so I often open the door to use the remote.

This is the second set of these I’ve purchased. The remote is so convenient and the light is great. The hummingbirds think they are flowers though, and are so disappointed!

Perfect for our wood vaulted ceilings in our home! Provides good lighting yet keeps a warm ambiance. Will purchase again.

They kept blowing the internal fuse and would not work.

It was better than I thought it was going to be. I'm so happy that I was able to get them. Lights up great!
