The only cleaning solution I will buy
I have 4 dogs at home, and one of them recently had a litter of puppies so the dog smell is at all time high. I love that I can use it around the house on tile, stone, concrete, and outdoor rugs. One of my male dogs has a problem with marking, and no matter what cleaner I use he would always mark the same spot. Since I switched we've had no problems with marking in the house. The enzyme action is the only thing that truly gets rid of the scent completely.

Neutralizes and Light Cleans
If you're looking for a PH neutral cleaner that only light cleans great product and value. If you're looking for a light colored surface cleaner that deep cleans even after double application max rate with below ave cleaning on light colored linoleum.

Great for not leaving streaks !
I just had my grout re colored had to find something PH neutral, I chose this. I have glazed tile and everything I used before streaked and smeared this does not. The only downfall for me is there is nothing anti bacterial in this formula. I do not have kids but have a lot of animals. If you have kids crawling on the floor and worried about chemicals Yes ! this is for you. Does not smell strong at all.

Bye Bye Cat Smell

Senior cat pee smell all gone!
This floor cleaner is a game changer! I have tried Urine Destroyer, Nature's Miracle Odor remover, and Odoban was the only one that got the cat urine smell out of our tile / grout floor. (senior cat pees outside of the litter box) Pair this floor cleaner with the O'cedar mop for the win!

Great product that helps eliminate bad odors. Purchased a property that had a cat that was allowed to pee anywhere. Was a mess. Bought this product, cleaned the floors, floorboards and walls and took that nasty urine smell away. Cleans well and definitely deodorizes the room.
