Did not match
I bought this twice,, the first time I thought I bought the wrong item but the guy already cut it so I went to the store and made sure to order the right item.. I just received it and it is the same I bought before my laminate floor is the northern blond maple and they have this as a tresh hold match but it is so yellow that has nothing to do with my floor I will return it but the first too bad I can't return

Does not work with 7-8mm floors
Ordered this to finish out the landing at the top of the stairs. They say if you have 7-8mm floors that you do not need the provided shims. This is true. However, it won’t sit flush with the stairs at all. It’s about twice as thick and leaves a trip hazard lip along the edge. I’m having to sand down the middle section of it just to make it work with my floors. Plus the finish on it chips and scratches very very easily. I project I’ll be needing to replace this within the next couple years.

It is a beautiful product, the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the fact that it is not availabke in shorter lengths. There’s a Lot of wasted product :( Each stair of ours is 47inches and this molding is sold only in 78.7 “ …. So much money wasted

Color does not match. One out of ten of the stair nose pieces was the correct color. Total waste of a project. Home Depot offered no useful solutions to the problem neither in store or online. This item is a total failure in quality control. Buyer beware, your stair noses will not match your laminate if you purchase this! The laminate I used is called natural cascade oak by pergo outlast plus and this is supposed to be the match but it is not. Same goes for transitions.
