Itty Bitty Clematis
I ordered this plant based on good results from Home Depot before. When I looked at it I didnt know whether to laugh or cry. I planted it anyway hoping it would grow with good care. It was delivered and planted on July 1. It has managed to stay alive but has not grown ANY. I expected more than this for $17.00.

Wish There Were 0 Star Rating
Purchased sadly without reading reviews, totally felt mislead. This tiny wilted,dry,poorly packed plant arrived with four inches of root bound circling the pot (no joke). I will not purchase Proven Winner from this grower. Upon arrival pictures were sent and calls made. All unproductive and followed by an even more useless email response. Purchasers BEWARE. Received much better quality even in the heat from Southern Living.

Very healthy
This plant arrived in very healthy condition. It had several branches near the root so it could be planted slighted below ground to have more likelihood of surviving if one of the branches gets damaged. I was surprised that this was the first clematis I've had that seemed to be eaten by rabbits and I'm not sure if this is because of this particular plant or the location. I put some fencing around it until it grows bigger and it is continuing to thrive after six weeks/ There are no flowers so far but this might be because of the original size of the plant, since the proven winners clematis that I got in a 1 gallon container has already been blooming.

Waste of time and money
I bought this last year, and was so excited. Within the first 2 weeks it started dying. I'm and avid gardener, & this was unsalvagable. I will be purchasing a new one from somewhere else this year. I've grown clematis before with no problems, but this was just really bad

The plant was not as lusciously healthy as I expected. They have not put out any new leaves in 3 weeks and one brach broke in transit. Disappointed that it was not a vigorous plant for the price I paid.
