The fan is extremely quiet which makes it ideal in multifamily living. It replaced a very loud fan with heat lamp. The LED light array is bright and easily replaces the lamp. I will buy again for the next project.

Fan is so quiet, even on the 110CFM setting that you cannot hear it when the water is running, or even right outside the bathroom. The light is more of a soft white color (closer to 3-3.5k I would thing) than a bright white. Offers great ventilation.

This fan light combo is an excellent replacement to my old unit. Purchased Panasonic brand due to its reputation for quiet operation and it did not disappoint. The led light puts out good light. installation went smooth without having to go into the attic. All required hardware included except for duct work. I am using it at 85cfm rating as it is for a small bathroom. did test at 110 cfm setting and was only slightly noisier. Would recommend this to others. I did not have the need to wire the night light for my application but it is a nice added feature.

For the money I would highly recommend the Panasonic WhisperFit fan. It is very quiet and works well. It looks good too!

Pulls out all the steam and the light is bright.

Assembly is fairly easy once you watch the Youtube videos. It's not that quiet, but not loud either. The light is pretty bright.

Well it's not whisper quiet, but this is still a good fan that moves a lot of air very effectively. I don't mind the noise, so where it's losing stars is for looks/aesthetics, price (or rather value-for-price), and the color temperature of the light. For a bathroom, the light should be a bit warmer than it is—would be better at 2700 in my opinion.

Moves a good amount of air! Fairly quite so that’s nice! I like the light- brighter than I expected.

This exhaust fan was on point for my needs. I chose the Panasonic WhisperFit EZ for its low noise level of 0.4 sones at the 80 CFM setting and 1.0 sones at the 110 CFM setting. The existing exhaust fans in my home were very noisy and could be heard a floor up or down or nearly 3 rooms over. After removing my existing exhaust fan, the Whisperfit EZ was fairly easy to install on figuring out the instructions and figures that guide you. There are "new construction" and "retrofit" instructions. My situation required the retrofit option…I was tripped up some by having to use steps provided in the new construction pages and not understanding them entirely. On completing the installation, I was pleased with the much lower noise level although I thought I should be able to detect a relatively quieter level for the 80 CFM setting. The 80 CFM setting didn’t appear to be any quieter than the 110 CFM setting. That said, on understanding how to install the fans in a straightforward manner, I elected to purchase 5 more Panasonic WhisperFit EZ ceiling exhaust fans (3 with fan lights and 2 without lights).
