Home Depot was the only place that had this part
Online service was great, it arrived a day earlier than expected. No other store carries a 5 in well seal, only 4 or 6in. Price was half on the very few that I was able to find. It is cast iron not plastic The one it replaced lasted 40 years, until the gasket wore out.
