Had to pick up cases from 3 different locations. Sucked! But awesome customer service. They went out of their way to find and confirm amounts needed would be there and ready for pick up same day.

The worst investment, I installed this floor approximately 2 years ago, and from the first month of installing it, it began to sponge, without exposing it to much water, as a precaution, I called home depot and I was told they were not responsible for the 15-year warranty, then I called the pergo company and they did not help me either way, I do not recommend it to anyone, it is not waterproof, do not waste your money, poor quality, no warranty, now I have to spend more money removing it and replacing it again! So unsatisfied and disappointed.

We looked at a lot of flooring and bought a couple of boxes to try our in our house, to see how it looked in our light and contrast with cabinets. We decided on the Pergo Outlast Paradise Jatoba primarily because I took my keys and tried to scratch the flooring as hard as I could and I didn't leave a mark. Which confirmed the review we read of the owners of 2 Boxers that didn't damage this flooring in 2 years. Also we were replacing the flooring due water damage from the previous owners so we wanted something that was water resistant. It is water resistant for 72 hours without damage not waterproof. Home Depot in NW Oregon did the install, can't recommend them enough as they did a fantastic job and we didn't use any additional underlayment for the install. Included is before and after pictures, previous flooring matched the cabinets which we didn't like and wanted a contrast. Hope this helps in your choices.

I had this flooring installed in August 2020. Since that time, I have found so many scratches and chips. I chose this flooring for its look, waterproof, and durability. it's clearly not durable and is waterproofing is compromised with each scratch and chip. I dropped the toenail clipper and it copied the floor. Dropped it from about 3 feet. How's that for durable? I'm totally dissatisfied with this flooring. Waterproof and durability were at the top of my list. Looks at the bottom. I have a beautiful floor. Nothing else. I cannot recommend this expensive flooring. I paid more and got less. Shame on Pergo. And I have no pets or children to blame it on! 2 stars for beauty. And you know what they say about beauty... and why can I only add 1 photo?? I uploaded the chip. Wish I could've uploaded the scratch. And I think it's important to mention that this flooring replaced a 15 year old 59 cents a square foot laminate, the cheapest I could afford at that time, that I was able to install in another room and was not chipped or full of scratches and that's the floor I raised my kids on. I'm just saying... please excuse the typos. This thing doesn't let you go back through your review to actually edit it after you review it. The toenail clipper CHIPPED not copied the floor.

We needed waterproof flooring for our kitchen and half bath. We just completed the install via our contractor Warren's home Improvement. It turned out great!

Good product and easy to assembly

We just had the Hawaiian King Koa flooring installed in our kitchen and family room and love it. The quality is superb and it looks fantastic. Really transformed the entire look of both rooms.

Worked with various flooring and decided to stick with pergo. With the proper tools and surface prep installation will go smooth. I had a large job so I ordered 2 pallets.

Product looks very good once installed. Installation process can be difficult in getting boards to mate properly during the installation process. Just installed as of 07-10-2020.

Product was great and relatively easy to install. I did notice edges do tend to chip if you are not careful.

Not bad for the price.

I installed Pergo Outlast+ in my kitchen and it worked out well, so remodeled the kids bedrooms with Outlast Paradise Jatoba. It turned out great. The rooms really pop now. Much better than dirty old carpet. I did all the work myself. It's not trivial to install, but it's worth it.

I love the color and the looks. But when I was cleaning after installation I found one big and small bubbles in the middle of the floor. I can't uninstall it anymore. I'm very disappointed. I don't know what to do with the bubbles. Sooner or later it will peel off and cause more damage.

quality of design and tight fit in the kitchen. Looks great. Now I need to get the cabinets!

Very easy to put down.

This floor is so pretty! Love the color. Took quite some time to install but we are new at this. Felt it didn’t “click” together easily like it appears to in videos. But end result... love it!

Very good flooring for my semi truck it makes my truck look alot cleaner and gives it that unique look. I highly recommend it for durability and beauty

Looks beautiful! Used it in my kitchen and hallway and love it so much we will be putting it in our living room next. In the picture it has a "honey" glow but it doesn't look like that. More of a cherry color or like the photo they use for the description.

Just finished installing 500 sqft and it looks amazing. The problem is it does not look like its gonna hold up to my kids and dog. After handling the planks and seeing what its composed of i am very regretful and worried about its longevity

it is laminated floor, looks very fancy. but the quality is not going to last, if you have 0000.inch gap in-between it will create a problem. it says it is waterproof. it won't last long if you have water on the laminate floor every other day. it is not ment for waterproof, just for a fancy look. I tested a piece, by touching little bit Water and piece it was 10mm -15mm in a hour. and laminate it was twisted and peeled off. if that happens then it is not worth it of what it's advertise. how ever fancy looking is what it is.

This product was easy to assemble and matched up great with flooring in other rooms. This product was at a great price. It has a tremendous shine to it. It has been installed for one month now.

The wood was very easy to install according to the contractors. Wood looks great and compliments my home. 45 boxes fit into my rx350 just fine. Time will tell how great it holds up.

I had my contractor instal this because he was already doing a full renovation of my lower floor. Following the instructions, it turned out beautiful. As for the durability, we'll have to see, but I don't see any issues. Before I purchased it, I picked up a sample and gave it a torture test. I dragged a screwdriver across it trying to scratch it - nothing. I took the same screwdriver and tried to stab it - it left a small mark after hitting it with enough force that would go through a wall. I was satisfied. I was concerned about my dog's nails (115 lb pit bull mix), the only problem I can see after four weeks is that I need more area rugs because he keeps slipping. I can't find a single scratch.

Color was exactly what we wanted. Easy to install.

Looks fantastic in my kitchen. Can't rate if it's truly waterproof, since we've only had it for a couple of days, but so far we're delighted with the appearance.

I purchased this flooring to replace damaged hardwood and tile. I am not a pro contractor but am handy and have all tools to do the job. I put down just under 500 sq ft over 2 days with no trouble. I read some reviews about boards getting damaged when tapping into place so I decided to rest the block on top of the tongue and tap on the laminate and that worked great. We put down a different pergo upstairs 10 years ago and that has held up well to my large dog. Time will tell on that but it looks great. My dog is constantly getting water on this floor and it cleans up easily. Its been down for 2 weeks now and haven't had any issues.
