We bought 3 sets of this faucet when we built our house in 2004. They are great faucets except for one set that had metal washers that disintegrated over the years. They constantly left rust rings on the sink around the handles that we had to keep scrubbing away.They should have been stainless steel. This was discovered when we filally replaced them with new ones under the lifetime warranty. It took hours to remove the old ones. Had to hire a plumber after I gave up. He had to chisel away the old washers without harming the sink. It took the two of us to complete a one person job. We now have a sink with permenant stains from the nickel coating that ran down the sink over the years of use and the rust stains. The two other identical faucets never had an issue. This one was a lemon that could have been avoided if the said washers were stainless steel. I would still recommend Pfister products. We had no issues with any other sets, and we have a total of 6 thru out our house. Plus they replaced the one that failed with a complete new set under warranty. The new one went in nice and easy.

The faucets worked out perfectly for our bathroom

This faucet looks nice however you should avoid at all costs. These faucets were installed throughout the home we purchased (Bathtub, standup shower and bathroom faucets). The bathroom faucets left rust stains on our white sinks (non-stainless washers used). I'm also having to replace cartridges all the time otherwise they just drip, drip, drip. Pfister won't warranty as we're not the original owners (home is 5 years old).

The hot water is starting to trip. It is advertised as ceramic with a life time guarantee.The assembly is 15 to 20 years old so I bought new " ceramic valves ". when I got into it the bottom seal leaked so after fixing that I needed to hire a plumper to remove the facet and install the new shut offs. Still cheaper that $316 for a new one with guaranteed ceramic shut offs.

Lost my order the first time but had great help in store to reorder.

The faucet looks great and the handles move effortlessly. The only assembly issue was the retention clip used to hold the main water line was difficult to get in place.

Very nice and it looks great. Had a broken part which Pfister replaced.

This is a replacement for an earlier version of the same model. It is a very sturdy and good looking faucet. The last one had metal that rusted under the handle covers, but still lasted 10 years. This newer version replace those parts with plastic, so should last longer.

Excellent quality and priced lower than other retail outlets.

Although this was not an exact match to the fixture installed when I purchased my home 13 years ago, it was close enough. I'm happy with the fixture, its looks and its installation.

The swan shaped design beautifies the look to any bathroom decor. The directions were simple yet detailed, which made for a easy installation. What I liked about this faucet is that it came in many updated finishes, which makes it simple to match my bathrooms existing hardware finish. You can't go wrong when choosing Price Pfister.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgrading the bathroom, I settled on the Pfister bathroom sink faucet. It has turned out to be one of the better buys I've made. Ease of cleaning, functionality and life time warranty add to this great looking accessory. A home heating malfunction froze the aerator and popped the screen. Much to my surprise, this was warranted. Fast shipment of the replacement part by the especially helpful service center was greatly appreciated. I would have a hard time buying a different brand.
