Highly Recommend

Great faucet and warranty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this faucet 12 years ago and is a powder room faucet that is used frequently every day. Recently we had a problem with dripping and they replaced the faucet for us. We have other faucets in our house including the kitchen sink that have had no problems for 12 years. All continue to work well and the finish looks brand new. Love these faucets, the warranty and the company

Modern look and durable
I have owned this faucet for 8 years. I recently had an issue with the finish, minor, and one valve leaking. I called customer service and without question or hassle all parts needed were emidiately shipped to me at no cost. I had similar issues with an older shower faucet. Needless to say I will only buy pfister faucets from here on out. All finishes tend to break down and valves will leak so with customer service like theirs it's worth purchasing!! Thank you for great product support.

Finish Corrodes
I bought six different products in the Muriell collection. Love the style of the faucets but the finish on each one has corroded.

We are thrilled that you love the Marielle collection so much, but are very sorry to hear the finish has begun to corrode on all six of the products you purchased. We recommending using only a soft damp cloth and soft soap (i.e. Palmolive, Dawn), or a 50/50 water and white vinegar solution to clean the unit. Pfister's Lifetime Pforever warranty will cover the finish of your faucet, for as long as you own it. Beautiful Faucet
I actually have this faucet in vanities in 2 separate bathrooms. It looks great. I also have the matching tub/shower faucet in one bathroom and shower faucet in the other. They have ben is use for 5-6 years with no problems. We are so happy with this purchase!

Good faucet, lousy cartridge
I have had 6 of these in my house for the past 10 years. Nice design, but I have had to replace the cartridges in every one 2-3 times. Company is great in mailing out a new one, but it is a pain to have to wait for them and replace them so often.
