I buy these because they are the easiest tubes to get always in stock, but the reality is you will be lucky to get 9 months out of one and no way will you ever see 9 years!

Junk, 18% failure rate after a year
I bought 50 of these bulbs a little over a year ago and 9 of them have burnt out already - unacceptable. I expect I'll lose a lot more of them in the coming months. The bulbs I replaced were Sylvania and, while half bightness, had lasted 10 years.
