As was the case for our purchase, no business where I live had pellet fuel. I purchased this product as a needed product, not a preferred product. The pellets will ignite, but don't burn as clean or as hot as others on the market.

2nd Ton I have bought. I’ve had zero bad bags. Pretty painless getting them loaded. These are pretty clean. Little more ash than I’ve had in New England but even those have changed. Believe they are owned by same company now. I would buy them again.

Good burning pellets

Can't say if thermoglo is any good or not the pellets loaded were lignetics. I didn't check and I needed heat so i took what they put on the truck.

Won’t buy again. Every bag forces me to clean ash tray. Other brands every 7 days.

Burn very clean and slow. These pellets are very high rated through the PFI Pellet Fuels Institute. I am new to buying pellet fuel so I did some research before I purchased any. These Heat’rs brand pellets are tested for authenticity by PFI. Only thing I recommend is handling the bags with care.

Stove chow pellets are best dark and give off alot of heat, these pemium wood pellets are junk they burn quick and give off half the heat as stove chow. I dont know why home depot stopped selling stove chow, being them back!

We buy our pellets at Home Depot for the discount for six or more tons @ 219.00 per ton. Was informed this special was no longer active but manager allowed it because we buy regularly at this store. Bring back the special.

I was very disappointed that you didn’t give me a military discount for this product. It just seems odd that I can get a discount for plant food but no discount to keep me warm !

Pellets working well....in my stove they leave more ash in bowl....very low ash overall

I have burnt 3 ton of another competitors product with no issues other than more ash than expected. I just bought a ton of this product. 6 bags in and I have to shut it down to clean the soot off of the air inlets on the basket about every 10 hrs .after 3 days I think I have been able to adjust the stove to burn them at a decent level. Stove was installed. October 2019 and Is a comfortbuilt hp21 . $2000 not a cheap stove I would not recommend this product. Stick to the stove chow folks.

These pellets are superior to several others I've tried. They produce much less ash - and it is a white ash: relatively free of dirt and silica. This makes routine maintenance of my stove easier - and extends run times. I believe these pellets have a superior caloric content because their flame is brighter when compared to others consumed at the same stove settings. Their packaging is thorough and I see less dust, and almost no fines and fragments when handling them.

Wouldn’t buy them again. They burn much to fast . Went through 21/2 bags in a 25 hr period and usually put about 1 /day

I actually brought stove chow. Great product keeps house nice and warm.

Good heat pellets

last a long time pick up was difficult to get long wait to get loaded

I recommend these pellets if you're in a pinch or on a budget. They burn ok but very fast. Give off tons of ash. Contain soft wood and vegetable oil.

Keeps the house warm all winter and pellets stay formed and don't turn to dust ,great product!

Substituted with (Heat'rs) brand pellets at store.Lots of fine ash, but burns well.

This buy was a good product but its a hit or miss when buying wood pelts.

Burn ok . They have a slight more chance of a pack up in the auger. also a little more burn waste.

I wonder if they used the wrong code when they rang up my purchase because I bought the Heaters premium pellets and have for the last 10+ years and have always liked how they burned and left little ash

Don't know, didn't buy ThermaGlo, I got Stove Chow, I'm happy with that it burns good and clean

Seem to work well in the old pellet stove.
