it didnt fit our windows at all, they are too wide to fit the window seals or panes

Easy install and works great

The lock would not unlock. It's not worth keeping a product that doesn't work.

Went on smoothly, be careful if using a power drill not to screw too tight, I snapped one of the heads off the screw. Key needs to remain in the lock in order for it to be unlocked and when removed it is locked.

Purchased two sets for Windows upstairs in the kids rooms for original double hung windows in a 126 yr old Victorian home. Product was a direct replacement for the original shah locks. The reason for only 4 stars is I would like them to all be keyed the same. I probably could have ordered them that way, or can have a locksmith change it, but if they were capable of being easily rekeyed like some door locks would make them perfect.

Like the product, except the instructions do not include mention of the "tamper proof" screws that also came with it. I had to figure them out, but like using them versus regular screws (also included).

It did not find and Home depot does not have one that fits.
