I have rented water coolers for many years and decided to purchase vs rent. This machine is fine. It is a little loud when it is cooling or heating water. The machine I sent back had a night light over the drain tray that I miss and wish I had looked for before purchasing.

The delivery was received on time, no formal issues with UPS, Once unboxed, follows written directions on how to setup, when it came time to test the water output, nothing occurred, a few drops and that was it. Did a general troubleshoot, still no water flow from either outputs. Will return this weekend for a top loader, this will be my 3rd time dealing with a bottom loader, it sea as if the quality of the product lacks.

Love this dispenser!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was i had to research online how to fix the hot water because it was not working. It was an easy fix, but still

Spoke at length with Primo. They ship older models to Canada, therefore they do not honour their warranty because their warranty is only one year. By the time they ship to Canada, their product is obsolete.

Lord this thing is loud!!!! Randomly makes noise, I assume the coils are warming/cooling the water. When the cycle starts it runs for 5-10 minutes. Very frustrating and disturbing especially during the night when the house is silent and nothing is on. Would not recommend this product.

Defective. Trouble shooting says internal problem. need professional repair. We'll see how Home Depot handles this.

I am so glad I purchased this dispenser. I actually don’t care about the fact that the water is chilled, but it is a nice feature if I’m low on ice. I love using the hot water for my instant oatmeal! Also, sometimes the Keurig doesn’t quite fill my coffee cup as full as I’d like, so I top it off with hot water from my Primo. Getting water is a breeze. I get it from my local grocery store. The set up was a breeze. It’s a lightweight dispenser. I’m 63 and needed no assistance in getting it started. Lastly, I’ve had water delivered before. I love being in control of when I need a new bottle! So less expensive than having it delivered to my home. Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

I’m ready to purchase this same model again. I’ve had one for over 6 years and tonight I heard water splashing on floor. No idea what was going on, but the water was coming from above the dispensing nozzle, all by itself. Glad I was home to hear/stop it. That being said, I loved this bottom load dispenser. I use it several times a day for drinking water, cooking water, and to fill my Keurig. It had a great run and I have no concerns about getting another Primo.

Broke after 6 months - Stopped pumping - customer support useless

It was defected, had to return it.

Works great as expected. Be aware these types of coolers stop dispensing cool water when running low. Im guessing its to prevent freezing. Its not a big deal.

This is a great water cooler, I got it because it is a bottom loader, it's hard for me to do the top loader, this is perfect for me

Overall super happy with it. I don’t use the hot water option, so I keep that switch off and use it as room temperature water instead. The cold water could definitely be colder. Easy to change water jugs and appreciate the low water warning light. Buying one for my Mom next.

I love it! I can not lift the 5 gallon water bottles, so the bottom load dispenser is so convenient for me! The water is just perfect, cold or hot. Highly recommended.

No night light and takes 20 minutes for the hot water to heat up. I will be returning to the store in a few days when I can take it over there.

This is a replacement for one we had for about 15 years before it developed a leak. Was happy to see this make/model was still available.

This is a nice water dispenser because loading the bottle is very easy compared to the older models where you had to tip the bottles upside down. These bottles go into the unit just the way the arrive. I'm having issues with a white residue all over my black unit and I'm unsure where that is coming from and the cooler motor is a bit more noisy than I expected, but I don't need very cold water because I'm fine drinking room temperature water in the winter. Come summer though, I'm going to want colder water and I'm going to have to deal with the noise, which isn't all that bad. It's not very heavy at all, so it's easy to move around if you can't figure out where you want to put it. It just needs to be close to an electrical outlet. I bought it mainly for the hot water and that works like a charm.
