Super fast shipping and plant arrived in excellent shape

Arrived in perfect condition and is loaded with leaf buds.

In great condition upon arrival, i was very happy. Planted this fall and was worried the frost got them, but they’re now leafing out nicely. I am in zone 8 in central AL and they are planted in my very red, clay soil.

They arrived looking great with green leaves no flowers. Hoping I’m spring I’ll see flowers thx

This is a progress review and picture approximately two months after I planted my hydrangea. Love it!

I have never ordered plants on line and was shocked how well preserved it came. It’s planted and happily growing now.

I was going to buy these from a nursery, but they weren’t available yet. I’d rather see plants in person rather than purchase through the mail. I saw these on Home Depot’s website and decided to give them a try knowing they would be arriving via web order and the fact Home Depot will accept their return if I’m not satisfied. The plants arrived in great shape and the size I expected. They’re as healthy as can be and the price was fair. I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

I purchased this at the store. Very good sized healthy plant. Had many small buds already. I planted my hostas during a heat wave in Tn so I will be watering them heavily. So far they are doing great!

Plant arrived packed well and healthy (just a few holes nibbled out of a couple of the leaves). I planted it right away and it’s thriving, wasn’t really expecting it to bloom this year but check it out two months later!

Super thrilled with this purchase! Bought 7 in July of 2019 and they’ve grown a ton in just one year! Photos are 1 year apart. I live in Minnesota.

I was very impressed with the quality! It shipped quick and it arrived in great condition. Although some of the leaves had some holes, the flowers are blooming and the plant is looking beautiful!

I ordered 4 limelights and 4 vanilla strawberries. All 4 limelight plants came distressed and 2 of them look very sad and dehydrated. Some leaves have holes and brown spots. It looks like a disease or bug infestation. The 2 dying ones keep losing leaves after a few days. I keep them in their original pots and water them to give them time to recover. They look better now after 5 days. This is a picture of the day they arrive. I opened them right away and watered them.

My first order began to wilt as soon as it arrived. After a week of trying to revive it, I called customer service to exchange it. Customer service was very kind and helpful in getting the first hydrangea returned and then helping me order a replacement. The second hydrangea came healthy and had not been tossed around as much in transit. It has been doing well planted in my garden for the last two weeks now. So far, so good! If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again!

We ordered two (2) gallon lime light hydrangeas. They arrived with brown spots and yellow leafs and some leafs were eaten by bugs. I planted them anyway — as I had a similar experience when I ordered my endless summer hydrangeas last summer and they ultimately did well after much love and attention. But I’m comparison to other nurseries I’ve ordered from Home Depot is by far the worst. Not in the packaging - but in the quality of the plants they send. It’s obvious that the damage is not from the shipping but from the care prior to shipping. Will let you know if the hydrangeas survive.

Overall I am very happy to receive a healthy plant. Looks like it was dug out from the ground and put in the pot, loose soil, but it doesn't bother me as long as the plant is in a healthy condition. It looks tired upon arrival, but I am optimistic that it will grow well with proper care. Can't wait for the blooms!

Excellent! Growing very well despite Home depots poor shipping. One arrived upside-down. One did not. However both plants are growing and thriving in our yard.

Nice quality plants but they were trimmed to fit into theIr shipping boxes. As a result, they plants we received were the same height as the container; not like the picture.They are all growing with new foliage; so far - so good!

Arrived with buds completely chopped off to fit into a smaller box. Called nursery to see what could be done, and the response was very patronizing. They stated that they always prine them for root growth, but these were cut at the exact box height. At this point, all the buds that had formed are cut off and the plant will make weak new branches to droop. These are not the first hydrangeas I have purchased through here ( I purchased 6 last year of the same Limelight Prime).

Beautiful healthy plant, quick delivery

The plant is struggling a bit. Wilty leaves and some brown leaf. We’ll see how it does if once it’s established.

Received in great condition, well packed and doing beautifully after planting

The plants were healthy but the listing for the five gallon says they are white. I wanted them to make my existing plants. The listing/website needs to be corrected.

Still haven’t received my 6-5 gallon Limelight Prime Hydrangeas after almost 2 weeks of ordering. Contacted Home Depot customer service and was told I had to wait until they’re delivered for them to help me - guess what? They’re not coming, or if they are then they’re definitely dead. I had my whole spring planting bed designed around these plants and I’m super disappointed that HD was unwilling to help.
