I was not able to make this work for cutting 1/2" copper pipe. It kept releasing its spring tension and was essentially useless. I returned it and bought a single size Milwaukee cutter that worked beautifully.

Excellent tool no regrets buy this

This little guy was pretty expensive. But after using it, it’s worth every cent. The copper pipe was cut, smoothly easily, and perfectly round. Just a great product.

Love that it's 2 cutters in 1. The speed of cut was phenomenal as well

Very easy to use and I never have to look for the 1/2 or the 3/4 because it’s two in one. Very convenient when you’re in a tight space!

Cuts good just takes a ton of turns to actually cut through the pipe

This thing works very well, and I trust the quality cuts that it makes. It's worth spending a little more to get this vs. generic brand cutters.

It is an ideal tool to have while doing residential plumbing. It gets into tight spots. Most of the time while doing residential plumbing. 1/2 and 3/4 copper pipe is most common.

Did not work as advertised and I returned the tool.

Excellent tool. Works on CPVC also in a pinch. Love the adjustable size.

Good weight and solid. It cut the copper tubing on about 3 spins and the cuts were clean and smooth

Used it for cutting a 3/4 copper pipe in a wall. The pipe was about 1 inch from a stud. To insert the cutter on to the pipe requires a little bit of force. The cutter was easy to grab while spinning it, and cut cleanly through. When I was cutting the new piece of pipe, I struggled a little bit to get the cutter to snap in at the location of the line marked on the pipe. The repair was successful! Will keep it in my toolbox.
