Nice design but spring pressure for cut wheel weakened after minimal usage Very disappointing.

This tool is a small better copper cutter than the original, screw n turn type.... It cuts straight around, with convenient squeeze/ twist method....Fast and efficient.

Blade was not large enough to cut through pipe. Had to order a secondary blade.

The transition from 3/4 to 1/2 inch opening is very difficult. Also cutter blade change is easy removal but again difficult install.

Works exactly as expected.

Works great. It’s simple to use: 1.) Slide lever up for 1/2” 2.) Slide level down for 3/4”. Good Product, would buy again.

This tools solves a lot of issues with pipes that are hard to reach with a hack saw or sabre saw and a regular wheel cutter with a long handle.

Great product worked flawlessly

I used it in close quarters to cut into CPVC and it worked great for me.

This is my second one of these Rigid cutters. I like the dual cutting function and ease of use. Great tool, just needs some further design work. Once it gets wet, the problems start. There are springs inside that will rust and it all goes downhill from there. This tool needs to be oiled and dried after each use. I suggest to blow the water out and apply a shot of wd-40. The switch mechanism is ok, but should reworked as it has to be kept up as well. Springs rust in water so keep it lubed and it will last a while.

I bought this in the hopes it would work better than my old cutters (tighten-turn-tighten-turn) and oh my gosh it is simply amazing. I love how it can switch between 1/2 and 3/4 and the one hand operation makes it work great in tight areas.

I was not able to figure out how to use it

I have to cut the pipe close to a extension fitting. Because of this it will not clamp down to be able to cut.
