I keep reading reviews on people Smaniking there kitchen drain with it this machine is only to be used on runs and laundry lines and lavatory’s cause it can jump the traps fairly easy and get open with ease also if your kitchen drain is clogged you should use 1/4 inch cable On it to properly clean it I’m a plumber and drain cleaner for the last thirty years and this rigid machine is badass on the three items it’s for so I had this machine for 3 years so bought a new one

WORKED GREAT WORTH THE MONEY

Recently purchased to clear a bathroom sink drain. Product worked well and has great features making it easy to use in multiple situations. I especially like the clear housing for the wire so you know how much is used. The drain plug is also great feature. The auto feed and hose also A+ touches. I definitely recommend this if you are looking for a home snake.

Neighborhood handy man 15 houses, Used it once (owned 3 months), read instruction 3 times to make sure. Easy to set up Worked great, went down the drain and got the hair clog quick. Ran it twice to make sure and build my confident. Clean no mess. Cleaned up the Cleaner quick and easy. Great handle making the Cleaner feel light, but 12.lbs is light. The size is great for under the cabinets. Already told my friends.

Don't buy this product, the first time using the cable broke

Great machine. Easy to assemble and easier to operate. Saved a bunch vs hiring a service. Took me longer to open up the drain than to clean it! Great investment.

Not worth the money only worked once out of 5 times felled to punch through blockage and got tangled in drum had to retread twice the one that works with drill much better

Unclogged sink so I was happy. Instructions on how to rewind the cable is very confusing but eventually figured it out

Bought this today after trying to clear a kitchen sink clog in a condo yesterday with a traditional snake. What a mess that made. Only got 5 feet into the drain. Bought this and let the machine do all the work, 12 feet in and done quickly and easily. The design means there is very little actual snake exposed so the mess goes back into the machine housing. Once done took the machine home and hosed the snake, and machine down in the driveway. The whole snake easily comes out by backing out 3 screws and allows drainage and cleaning. Paid for itself in its first usage! Read all the directions and watch a few YouTube videos. Let the machine do the work and don't force it into the drain.

Bought it for kitchen sink drain. Always an issue through the years. I have purchased many different snakes and never had any success. Saw this and thought I’d give it a shot. Followed instructions and it worked great. Surprised by how easy it worked.

I returned it because after reading the instructions it’s not big enough to do a tub, shower or toilet drain. Doing so would void the warranty.
