It didn’t work for my outdoor carpets

When installing carpet outdoors with the 6700 adhesive we do recommend installing under a covered area. It is important that the product is not exposed to rain or water until the adhesive has fully cured. After the adhesive has cured, it is also important that the product is not subject to any pooling of water.

I had never worked with carpet or glueing carpet before until now. This was the easiest product to work with and the carpet I covered a shelf with is down for good!! Awesome stuff!!

The adhesive never took and had to purchase a different product to attach the turf to concrete.

There are many factors that would inhibit a bond. If the surface was not prepared appropriately, temperature could also be a factor, or moisture, and PH in the concrete pad could have been out of specification that would cause the bond to fail.

Roberts understands installing a new outdoor floor covering can be challenging. Here are some key product usage points regarding the 6700 adhesive that may improve performance and satisfaction. During the installation process- Ensure the substrate is dry, clean free of contaminates (old adhesives, dirt, oil, paint etc.) Do not install outdoors if rain is expected 24 hours before or after installation. Choose the appropriate trowel size for flooring and substrate. Ensure the appropriate Open Time is observed during installation(approximately 20-30 minutes). Do Not allow the adhesive trowel ridges to skin over, this prevents transfer of adhesive to the back of the flooring.

No good for turf
I tried to use this product for an artificial turf seam and it was a disaster. It never locks up. It just stays a goop mess . Seams easily pulled apart even after 24 hours to cure. Do not recommend for turf.
