I did my outside floor in my Florida room about 6 months ago and thought it came out great then I did it again recently with the Surface Cleaner and it was like night and day , looked so much better and took half the time

I decided after reading the reviews to buy the surface cleaner. I needed to power wash my backyard pavers and was looking for a quicker way to do it. Not only has the Ryobi surface cleaner reduced the amount of time it takes to clean it but it’s also satisfying to use. I would compare it to mopping the floor. The technique that I have been using is forward and back then move over a foot. By doing this consistently I find that I don’t miss anything. The part that I hate is all of the dirt that it generates from on and around my pavers. After I do a section I remove the surface cleaner and put the nozzle back on and clean away the dirt. Then I go back to where I left off which is very evident. I’m actually enjoying it.

Fantastic. Covered a lot of surface quickly. It just floated, very easy to maneuver. Highly recommended.

Inlet plug that connects to the wand snapped after 2 uses. Poor quality and I am so disappointed. I can’t even find replacement for the inlet plug and do not want to buy another Ryobi product.

I’ve used this thing maybe 3 times on driveways and went to go use it today and it was going fine and then it just snapped and now it won’t work properly.

The ease of use is great. I had a dirty back patio that had became darker and embarrassing to sit on. I power washed a 16x30 slab patio in 45 minutes. Excellent product. Oh that’s with a 2400 psi gas power washer.

It used to take me 6 hours to pressure wash my driveway using just the wand. I can now wrap this up in less than 2 hours with the surface cleaner. Plus my back is not worn out from bending over. Best accessory I've ever bought!!

This surface cleaner from Ryobi works like a charm. I have a 3300 psi pressure washer and this hooked up very well. I recommend this to anyone interested.

This thing has two nozzles on arms that spin on a shaft that connects to the high pressure hose. It has a rubber washer to make the seal to send the water to the nozzles. Mine works a couple of minutes, then the rubber washer distorts and the arms don't spin anymore. I've taken it apart and fixed it to have it work a few more mins then jam again. I'll give it one more try with less pressure on the washer, then take it back if it fails again.

I was looking for an easier way to pressure wash my driveway. I thought that I would take a chance on the Pressure washer attachment. It worked great! It used to take me 9 hours to complete this job. This tool help me cut the time down to 4 hours.

We are pleasantly surprised! I don’t know why we didn’t spend the money sooner…I guess we just thought this attachment would be much more expensive. For less than a hundred dollars, this is going to save us HOURS of work and arm pain from using just the wand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently moved to a new home in a new state and the long winding driveway was black with year of grime and dirt. I spent over a week cleaning the driveway to a new pristine look that is to die for. This tool did the job and then some. Best purchase in recent memory.

This product works better than competitors, however as it is used the center spray head get loose. This loose fitting allows water pressure to escape through the center spray head instead of the nozzles. Cause of this is the two broad black washers become compact and loosen the head. There is not part supply line for these washers, so a 50 cent failure will cause you to buy a new $70 Surface Cleaner. Sad design and supply chain support by Ryobi.

Worked great but only used it 2 times and the plastic piece broke! And it’s your lost!

I purchased this product yesterday, on the strength of the reviews. I’m not a fan of Ryobi tools but I knew 2,700 people couldn’t be wrong. I used it today for the first time and I feel compelled to write what a great value it is! Operationally, it’s very simple, but don’t let that fool you. It works very quickly and I needed to keep both hands on it at all times. The unit simply attaches to the quick release at the end of the wand. I would recommend this to anyone!

bought this about a year ago or less. the plastic came apart where the spinner is attached. broke completely apart. was never dropped or thrown. now that it's a year old warranty is no longer valid.. besides I don't have proof of purchase now.. just sux that I'm out $75 bucks when money is so tight with the economy. other than that it worked great

Absolutely trash at getting the edges, and pretty hard to push. The 15" housing is fine but it only cleans in 11" paths. 2700psi gas pressure washer. I'm not small. I'm 35, 6'4" and 255lbs. I have no problem muscling my way through some stuff, but after about 2 hours of using this thing, I'm wrecked. It's an absolute pain to push around. Working along the walkway, pushing against the grass, I'm left with almost 2" of untouched area. See pics. $80 joke Expect this from harbor freight.

It was like vacuuming a seriously dirty carpet! I said yeah the driveway is white! Uhhh no it wasn't!!! Not till after using this device. Best attachment I could buy for my 3100PSI gas Ryobi washer

This thing is fantastic! I was a little worried because it was plastic but I had no problems. I have used it on multiple jobs for a total of about 12 hours of use and have not has any issues.

Works well, but weaker than I expected. I had a 2400psi pressure washer, its old so I thought it was a pump issue. Replaced my pump with a 2700psi pump and still seemed weak. What I mean by this is that I could only move the unit about 1-2 inches per second while cleaning my wood deck. It cleans well if you are going to go really, really slowly. In comparison, this unit replaced a worn out Campbell Hausfeld surface cleaner. This Ryobi is built much better than the CH, but before the CH wore out, it cleaned much faster with the lower psi washer pump. Example, it had enough force that it could lift itself off the deck with the pressure of the water. This Ryobi wont do that.

Good investment for small water pressure machine. Recommendation: let the pressure levitate for ease movement. Do not push down. It will be much easier.

The Ryobi surface cleaner is used with my 3300 PSI Ryobi Pressure washer. It has a quick connect making it easy to switch between surface cleaning and pressure cleaning. The surface cleaner did the job and very well. It cleaned all of the dirt, mildew, light stains, and scuff marks on my pebble concrete driveway. It floats like a hoverboard over the ground. It is important to keep the want handle pointed directly back to you to keep it from trying to fly into space. It has great PSI and I didn't have to repeat my area. Search for DrB DIY surface cleaner for how to assemble use, etc.

I had good success with this product until this week when instead of a clean 15" swath I was getting a zebra pattern. Heads seem to be rotating just fine and there is no blockage. How can I adjust to get a clean, un-streaked result?

I tried this Ryobi tool to clean my drive way but the nozzle assembly kept getting lose and I had to fasten the nut. Running the tool with the lose nozzle damaged the plastic. I also got a small hole underneath the housing and unfortunately, the warranty is only for 90 days.

This was awesome... for about 10 minutes. The plastic housing where the metal bracket connects is too flimsy and snaps apart. If you're washing your front porch... you'll have enough time. maybe. My fav store finally sold me a product that wasn't top notch.
