Works but dulls easily
Works great but dulls very quickly. Used sporadically over a 10-hr period on tiny limbs and already ineffective.

chain works great ! i thought because ryobi was a cheaper alternative. maybe it was going to be less of a performance. But i was baffled and definitely recommend ryobi products

I have been using Ryobi product both at home and with my crews at work for years. And for quick chainsaw work the new Ryobi 14" electric 40 V is great. works really well as a top off saw or for branches, love it.

Durable and robust.
As good as the chainsaw which is a miracle tool and impressed me with it's robustness.
I do a lot of the work I used to do with my gas chainsaw now using the 12inch Ryobi and it's a so powerful, yet lightweight.

did not recieve the product
The website states we recieved the product, but we did not recieve anything ! It needs to be tracted. The initial order stated recieve by December 23rd, it is January 1st and I have not recieved any products.
