[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for an a month, and I’ve used it quite a bit. The machine is plenty strong, the nozzles are easy to change, and I like the built in soap reservoir. My only complaint is, the fitting where the metal wand connects to the plastic handle isn’t very strong. Mine is loose and there isn’t any way to tighten it, so it jiggles a little. Other than that, I’m quite happy with the pressure washer and all of my Ryobi tools.

I was very happy and surprised with the power this smaller power washer provided as my budget was limited. The fence looks new and the wife is happy. I highly recommend this model for low budgets needs and it performs amazingly

Spent an hour setting it all up and following instructions. Once I plugged into an outlet the green light on the power washer never turned on. I tried multiple units. No luck. I was told after the fact that Ryobi has a bad reputation and a lot of returns.

It looks like it is a fundamental design or QC issue. Mine failed after maybe a dozen uses. See picture. It was still under warranty, but trying to get customer support is hit and miss. They suggested I take it to a local service center, except that there was none! They then said that I need to mail it to them at my expense with no ETA on how long it would take them to fix it. I gave up and bought a third party nozzle that works as well if not better than Ryobi's at half the price.

I used this on a patio which had not been cleaned for years. It did a very good job on all but the toughest stains. I am satisfied with the level of cleaning. The pressure washer is easy to assemble and is lightweight.

Easy to assemble and works as advertised. For best results turbo nozzle should be no closer than 5 or 6 inches and perfectly perpendicular to surface you are cleaning. Otherwise you'll get theoe cool swirly circles. Glad I went with the 2000psi model over the 1600psi one.

I’m replacing a sunjoe which literally went up in smoke. The only negative are the almost useless straps to hold the cord and hose. I’ll figure a different solution because it will be a headache if left as-is.

We have a puppy dog who would pee and poop in the yard, which took my husband some time to clean every day. Since only using normal water pipe cannot flush the trash away. Then our friend recommended this pressure washer to us, which has enough pressure to clean the ground without extra mopping. This product saves my husband's time and makes it easier to clean the yard! However, one thing I need to mention is it required the cord, it's not wireless. This product is perfect except for the wire. For example, our puppy would bite the cord if we didn't move the product away from his area. If this is not a problem for you, I would highly recommend this product if you are considering which pressure washer to buy.

This pressure washer is fantastic. It works way better than I was expecting. If you are looking for n all around pressure washer this is for you. I love it. Started cleaning my house with it and the Ryobi 18' telescoping pole. It was so easy to use. I'm 65 and was able to handle it with no problems. As soon as it warms up I can get the rest of the house cleaned.

And occasionally on patio, patio furniture, and driveway. Comes up to pressure a lot faster than I expected. The pressure and flow are plenty for my purposes. I was expecting less because I had only ever rented gas engine machines. Very happy with this one. Great value for the price, especially if it lasts several years.

It is quieter, easy to set up and being tall the wand is long enough, it don’t get back ache. It is lighter, easy to move and store. Used the 12” surface cleaner on the driveway concrete, brilliant, made a tedious job easy. Great products

The pump is erratic. Take a while to prime and after a while starts to lag down like it needs a break. Also, the wand rusts. It's a product designed to work with water as its primary function and its parts rust????

It's an effective, lightweight portable unit, which fits easily into a car's front seat. Assembly is simple and takes 2 minutes. It does come with a nozzle, which has a powerful water stream, which is perfect for stone, pavers, and concrete, but not wood or soft material. Note - I purchased separately the Ryobi 5 in 1nozzle, which provides better control for water speed and soap options to use on all types of surfaces. I recommend the product.

This has a single 15 degree nozzle, that, after 30 seconds of use spraying at 15 degrees, became a mist cloud. Had to use another brand’s nozzle. The hose is a cheap plastic. I must have run the pressure stream over the hose accidentally because the plastic on the hose was cracked and shredded after 20 minutes. The two-piece spray wand would not tighten up. The nozzle end flopped around the entire time I was spraying. This is going back. Buying another Sun Joe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this to get some cleaning done. Wow this washer really does the job with no problem at all. Very compact and easy to move around. It takes no time to clean concrete patio and walls.

I bought this for light use, 15-30 minutes a week. I wash my Omlet chicken coop weekly. I've used it to wash my outdoor furniture and lawn/garden tools, and my patio. I tested it on my driveway, too. I have a ton of prior experience with commercial grade pressure washers, so I wasn't expecting much. But this one has plenty of pressure and flow for my uses. It comes up to pressure quickly and holds it. Easy to set up, use, move, and store. Time will tell on the quality and reliability.

Easy to use and does the job. Bottom part is my concrete, top part is after I powerwashed. What a HUGE difference. Works great on the siding too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For anyone thinking about buying a ryobi pressure washer please stay away from this supposedly “PREMIUM” pressure for any use doesn’t matter if it’s for the house our a business please I ask you not to waste your money. It has been not once or twice but three times already that theses ryobi pressure washers has left me leaving a job half done because these washers are no good. Which comes as a surprise to me because I have one I bought 3-4 years ago that I started my company with that I still have to pull out in emergencies. I don’t know what they need to fix but this is unacceptable. Something shouldn’t break down the first time using it to was a car & a Trash bin. RYOBI GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER! I have a YouTube channel that I will use to tell Car & Truck loves not to buy this junk for detailing or giving their vehicles a clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Electric Pressure Washer several months ago and used it to clean two garages that had flood debris from Hurricane Ian - I only used the wand and it worked great, but it took longer than what I wanted. I then used this on a pool deck using the rotary attachment and it worked even better!

Only problem I had is with the pressure hoses outer plastic-like covering it cracked when I was unbending a kink in the hose now it eaks so I lost all pressure. Tried putting superglue and taped to stop leak. Will take it back and see if HomeDepot will replace. Love this TOOL works GREAT.
