Required more assembly to the handle than shown in the instructions and the screws are the wrong size!!! Cannot use the washer for a project I needed it for today. This is shocking and horrible for a $300+ piece of equipment!!

So far have used it to power wash 5 decks and outdoor furniture. It works great and has enough power to remove tough outdoor mold and dirt.

This amazing power washer is the best tool for your home. I washed my chairs that looks old and turn it into a new chairs, the patio was black and mold, the white fence around the house. I was so excited that I spend 5 hours straight cleaning Everything in front of me and turn it into new. FANTASTIC toll. I recommend to everyone.

I’ve had this product for 2.5 years, have used it like 3-4 times and it’s been great! However, I was power washing some outdoor chairs yesterday, everything was working great, called it a day, packed it up. Went back out this morning, connected and plugged everything in, went to power on and it won’t power on. Checked outlets, breakers, everything is working but it still won’t power on? Not sure what to do. It has been working fine and has worked great every time I used it. Help. @ryobi

I’ve had this pressure washer for a couple of years which has seen minimal usage. I’m talking about maybe 4-5 times max to pressure wash my pavers and sidewalk. Just today I’m using it and mid way through cleaning the GFI plug clicks. I check the cords and the actual plug for the pressure washer was melted into my extension cord! Not only is it a clear fire hazard but also now I’m out a pressure washer. For a pressure washer that is over 300 dollars I would expect a much better product.

Bought this May 2022 and in the subsequent 10 months have used it about eight times. Works quite well, better than previous pressure washers I've owned, but I just got it out to use it to wash a car and the wand has failed—the valve inside it has seized or something, as no water can pass through it. This unit comes with a three-year warranty, so I called Ryobi and was told that the hoses and wands are only warranted for 90 days, indicating their confidence in their quality. Buyer beware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Ryobi power washer a little over 2 year ago and have probably used it less than 5 times. Tonight as I was using it, I started to smell a faint 'electronics smell' and the next thing I knew I hear a loud POP and the power button landed in front of the machine. I There seems to be some type of rubber gasket around it and I COULD just shove it back in the hole and hope for the best, but this doesn't seem safe.

The instruction book does not say that the motor does not turn on until you press the trigger on the wand. When you first press the motor on switch it starts and then stops. Ryobi told me to return it. Trying to hold the trigger on the wand while using it begins to hurt after awhile. They included something that can be used so you don't have to hold it, but did not mention it in the instruction book nor how to use it. Get the 5 in 1 nozzle. Had to hold it a few inches from my brick walk.

I borrowed it. We're used to using the gas ones. Let me tell you. This is SO EASY to start and awesome in comparison. I p-washed entire house from the back patio to the sidewalk. It gets rid of black algae like a dream and restores like new. I was a little concerned that electric would not have the power to clean for my needs, and I was very pleasantly surprised. This thing is POWERFUL. Be careful, as I blew little cuts into my feet. Only complaint is nozzle is quite narrow for cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit a bit over two years ago, but had only used it 4-5 times. it worked as well as could have asked until today. I was washing my windows on the back of the house, and all was well until one time I released the trigger. As I did, I heard a loud pop, and the machine went dead. I walked over to see what had happened, and was shocked to see that the entire switch popped out of the thing and flew nearly six feet away! Had a very burned electronics smell, although nothing looked burned. I can think of no reason for this to have happened. I'm just glad that my 6 year old wasn't standing there any longer! (got tired of helping, and had gone inside, luckily). Its still like brand new, and I was only using it leisurely, not even for 20 minutes! Needless to say, a bit disappointed. I would expect more from a Ryobi machine.

It exceeded my expectations. Very effective cleaning treated decks that had not been cleaned in 30 years. I enjoyed it way better than a gas powered unit. The noise was easily manageable.

Love pressure washer … ample PSI to clean concrete! Wheels make easy mobility! Give better assembly instructions on “ hitch pin” on axle / nut bolts. Glad bought electric versus gas with high gas prices!

The product is easy to assemble and use! It took the majority of black off the diving board with no soap and sprayed away moss that has been growing for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it to clean my driveway and to also wash the car of course they made it easy since it comes with different nozzles to do a wide variety of jobs and you gotta love that it has the soap dilution dispenser built in you also can’t forget the nozzle nozzle storage area, so I highly recommend this little giant.

It could be just me and I’m not doing it right or it could be the machine is broke and doesn’t have any pressure. I connected the hose to the machine and let water go through the pressure gun for 30 seconds, then turned it on and it is still not strong

Brand new Christmas present for 2021, right out of the box, assembled, within 1 minute of use the hose blew out at the connection to the main assembly! See photos. Extremely disappointed and on my way back to Home Depot to return for a refund.

I'm so happy with my new pressure Washer. It works great. Easy to assemble. Easy to use. Light weight and small but very powerful.

Strong enough to clean the deck but not too strong to damage the wood. easy assembly, reliable, we ran it none atop for hours and it didn't complain

First, the picture on the box doesn’t look like the unit in the box. Get past that and plug it in, got power? Yup! Add a hose…ok! Is it on? Yup, full power Captain! Pull the trigger and success! She works, for 20 seconds! Why did it stop? RETURN IT!

Love this power washer! Easy to assemble & use. Does a great job. My husband has a gas one that I don’t like to use. It is very loud & get hot. This electric one is a pleasure to use.

I bought this on 8/20/21 and I can't wake up in the mornings for the next powerwashing job! I'll post two projects that just amazed me when I was finished. The only thing that I find difficult to manage is the spray hose. It is very uncontrollable and curled. You literally have to disconnect it completely to roll it. Love the storage velcro hanger for the hose though. It is definitely worth the price. I'll be tackling a 20 foot deck next and I'm not dreading it a bit. I also purchased a 12 inch Quick Connect Surface Cleaner and I'm attaching a picture showing the concrete on each side of this wagon. AMAZING!!!!!
