Didn’t even make it 1/2 way through the first piece of string line!! Now I have a $300 string trimmer that doesn’t work . And I have to say even when it did work, it was so poorly balanced it killed my forearm to use it causing muscle cramps long before the battery wore down. no one answered their customer support line. Ever since DEWALT bought them out this company has gone down hill.

The equipment seems okay my experience in the past but the batteries are crap

Blower is great.. i used the weed wacker once and now it wont stay on. Tried many times to call Ryobi customer service to no avail

So far I like it. It would be nice to have a second battery. I also have a little concern about storing the battery, have seen a bunch of fires lately.

Easy to assemble and super easy to use! Great price as well

Within the first 5 minutes of use, the string trimmer started to smoke and had a burning smell. Returned it to the store.

The tools work as advertised, and the battery has (so far) a reasonably long life. The only slight negative is the weight of the battery.

But for what I need I can get away with smaller tools being electric. I’m completely happy with my purchase. I’m starting season two and it’s been flawless so far. 1 acre lot and I get 2 runs between charges if I don’t go crazy with the blower. If you use the blower turbo button it’ll run the battery down quick! But it’s been excellent. I’m so glad I moved on from gas. Becker, Mn

I have 2 acres of area to cut. I need to blower for various things after I have cut the grass. The blower is great for small areas to use, however the battery ran down before I was finished.
