Will never know how or if it worked. I went to purchase first thing on a Sunday morning so I get it charged to use at work on Tuesday. I should have purchased something else because there was 6 inches of dust covering the entire box, sign these don’t move. Tried charging the battery all day Sunday with no luck, would start charging then get an error message on the charger about battery. Took it back got my $200 back

Bought this to supplement my 2700 PSI gas pressure washer, and returned it within a couple hours because it was unusable. While I was not expecting performance any where near my gas unit, I was expecting better performance than a garden hose + nozzle. As noted in comments, this unit can't use standard pressure washer attachments (the HD sales assoc. said otherwise). While it's possible this unit does have 600PSI the low flow rate (0.7 GPM) means it can't do much cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Game changer for cleaning up on the boat. Fresh water is all around and the 40v battery lasts more than long enough to clean up between uses.

Overall it met my expectations. However the quick release parts to attach the hose is leaky and unreliable. Thankfully that part isn't 100% needed.

I don't know if this is because it is battery powered and not a plug in, but the pressure coming out of this was pretty weak; I actually got more power from my regular hose. Works fine as a basic car wash unit but we were trying to get road bugs off an RV and I ended up having to just hand wash what I could after squirting off loose bugs. NOT the same kind of power washer that is used on houses at all.

Very low psi. I wish I would’ve gone in a different direction. Doesn’t remove oil stains or dirt from concrete.

I used this power cleaner on my pool filter cleaning. The unit seized up and I was sent a replacement. Then the replacement seized up. I took apart the first power cleaner to find the bearings seized up.

Purchased this in Aug ‘23 after some online research. I have used a lot of Ryobi tools mostly 18v over the years but this is my first review. Overall this is a good, but pricey tool. I did have to tighten the male connector to stop it from leaking (a problem many reported). Need multiple batteries for uninterrupted work driving the cost up. Batteries are not cheap. Foam blaster below average. Pressure was good for light work. No storage case for all the parts. Battery charger not wall mountable

Not very powerful. Love all of the different ways to connect the water to it.

I bought an 18volt unit and it stopped working. HomeDepot no longer services these units so when I returned it they sent it back to the store and said they could not repair The store manager stepped in and said go grab another one but they were out of 18-volt units so they told me to grab a 40-volt unit. Well, this one worked for about a year and then it stopped. All I use it for is cleaning the pool deck, car, and window washing around my house. I like the unit but I could not return the 40-volt so I bought another 40-volt. and registered the product this time for 5-year warranty. What a hassle for a convenient product.

Did not make much more pressure than a hose.

Low pressure, battery life short, can’t complete any project without having to recharge the battery. Poor design - No resting position other than laying the tool on its side

The flexibility of water supply makes this item a gem. For long cleans bring out the hose, something less demanding a 5 gallon bucket of water and for a quick clean I use a 2 gallon soda bottle for the bird mess on my outdoor chairs.

Product is great for washing boats if you don't have running water at your dock.

Not as much power as I was hoping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about a month ago and have used for everything ranging from patio furniture to the grill to windows and screens!!! It is very user friendly. My 15 year old son loves using it and has begun volunteering to do things around the house that he can use this on! That in itself is a heck of a recommendation!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned the 18-volt version and was skeptical about the 40 volt to my amazement is an amazing product and use it to pressure wash my barbecue pit which is not just a small one it's a commercial version it Blast away stuff that I would be amazed of anything short of a gas powered being able to do the convenience and ease of operation is phenomenal adjustable settings great would definitely buy three of them if I had the extra money
