Light and powerful cordless chainsaw.
Finished a fence and needed to cut the tops off my 5" and 6" posts. It zipped through the post tops leaving smooth, straight cuts. One fully charged 4Ah battery was enough to do 18 or so posts before I felt it started to lose a bit of power on the chain, which seemed reasonable to me. Chain tension is easily adjusted, and the push button chain oiler is very intuitive. With care it should last years, and I'd buy another if I needed to.

Works great on trimming lower dead branches on my pine tree grove. Used it for over a month and cut a lot of limbs off, then it just stopped cutting. Was able to get it refunded and I purchased another one.

Surprising and impressive performance
This little chainsaw tackled a lot more than I thought it would and for way longer than I imagined it can. Been using to trim oak trees including cuts of 5-6” limbs. Isn’t very fast and doesn’t scream durability but hard to beat for the price. Definitely a great buy for a DIYer who doesn’t need a chainsaw often.

Great Purchase
Very happy I invested in this. I purchased it for all trees we wanted to remove but this have gone above and beyond expectations. It been used to cut a huge tree down in our front yard and has done exceptional so far for limbing it super lightweight and battery holds a charge very well.

Have plenty of batteries
Saw is nice. Does the job. Leaks bar and chain oil sometimes though so be careful where you have it placed. Also make sure you have plenty of batteries because it does not last very long on a single charge with the new one+ batteries like they claim. Mine will go through 2 full charge batteries anywhere from 20minutes to an hour. Only problem this saw has is the short battery life.

Leaks oil!!
WOULD GIVE 0 STARS!!
Used twice and oils leaks inside casing everywhere!! Brought back to Home Depot and only warranty good for 90 days!! DO NOT BUY!!

Only 1 hour of cutting pathetic
Why do I want something that only lasts one hour definitely taking it back I do not recommend this unless your using it for twigs

bad (GOOD) little joker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bad (GOOD) little joker, i have cut up to 6" thick logs and debris that has fallen along my driveway. blade seems to never get dull, have never sharpened nor replaced the chain. works so good, haven't really had to use the gas powered Stihl except for entire fallen trees. exceptional 18v ONE+ piece of equipment. would highly recommend purchasing this product for home use.

Awesome chainsaw so glad I had it
I bought the Ryobi 10-in chainsaw a year ago. 've been using it to clean up all the dead limbs on my property and some of the trees that are even larger than the chain length. I've got plenty of 4 AH batteries so I can cycle through at least two of them before im tired. I can recommend this chainsaw for any homeowner that needs to do normal clean up around their property. I'm glad I did not buy the 40 volt model and all the additional batteries that that would require. Chain has stayed Sharp.

Light weight
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cut up a few large branches. Is light weight and balanced. Sounds cheap when running. Biggest disappointment is the oiler is manual. I hope the battery lasts as Ryobi is known for poor batteries and my experience.

Was not how I expect to receive the product. It received in beat up use box showing obvious use of some kind. Home Depot should be ashamed of trying to pass this off as new.

Great value and features
