I Bought this last year and am very pleased with it

Great power and performance. Fits all of my existing ryobi one + tools and it makes all of them run/perform better

The chuck has been greatly improved. I like the brushless feature

i KEEP BUYING REPOLACMENT BATTERIES ONLY SEEM TO LAST A YEAR.

Excellent battery. I have many Ryobi tools and it is great they all use the same battery. I used my Ryobi cordless drills and impact drivers building a large storage from 2020 to 2023 working all weekends and only one of the 5 batteries we used just died last week and can't be recharged. They were in constant service while in use and I am pleasantly surprised they held up to such hard work for so long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Christmas gift from my wife to add to my ryobi tools and battery's This has by far been the best battery I have for my 18 volt set it last so much longer I have had no issues what so ever

W have had a continual problem with these batteries, having to replace 3 times in a two-year period. The stem on the battery bubbles after using it a few times, and it no longer fits into the battery charger when this happens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't really tell if I can extract more power using this battery with a tool like a saw or a vacuum. However it works great in our vacuum so I will keep using it and hopefully it lasts a good long time as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this as a replacement for an old battery I've had for many years. I am a casual user, DIYer-homeowner, so this review probably won't help a contractor much. I can not be happier with the performance of these tools. The old battery was primarily used for high energy usage tools. Circular saws, 1/2 in impact, saber saw, drill driver, string trimmer, leaf blower, etc. These batteries surprised me as the charge lasts a lot longer than expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with my Ryobi vacuum on a promotion and it is the best Ryobi battery to date. I can run the vacuum for a solid 20 minutes on high and then toggle between the high and low power for another 10 minutes without any issues. I'm sure it runs longer but don't need it to!

These batteries are a great product, I have bought them in the past! The battery charge last a very long time! Can do many task on a single charge!

I very much liked these when they were working, but the second one now also has an issue. I attempted to call the customer service line multiple times, and have been on hold for hours on end without ever getting to talk to anyone... The chat and text feature is pretty much worthless if you want batteries replaced under warranty, as it just keeps me stuck in a loop. Both batteries seem to have died, and I have had them for about 2.5 years. Figured I would try here next.
