Good purchase
Tool is a must have if you have tile floors. Spent about 5 hours cleaning dads house who has two dogs and tile through-out. Removed so much gunk from grout lines and left tiles looking great. Removed the lingering oder that mopping alone could not handle. Wish it had a reverse button to save the bristles and two speeds for the tougher spots.

I wanted this to clean the decks and patios. I got this with a gift card ahead of schedule. I was able to try it out quickly and it didn't disappoint. I love Ryobi products.

Easy to put together and use. I find the power button a little inconvenient and would have been better off with a switch or trigger.

Great for cleaning an RV
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool makes it so much easier and safer to clean my RV. The only other way to clean at the roofline required a ladder or climbing on to the roof of the RV. Its lightweight so it makes short work of getting things clean. SO glad for this tool to add to my other Ryobi tools.

First off, if you’ve read previous older reviews, you are aware that many purchasers of the original scrubbers were very dissatisfied with the on button . The original design required the button be held down continuously to operate. I withheld purchasing one due to that flaw. Good news. Ryobi took notice and corrected the deficiency. With the new update, the button is depressed and the unit continues to run. I’ve been happy with my purchase and plan to buy additional scrubbing heads for different uses.

This is a good addition to all my other Ryobi 18V tools.,it did a great job cleaning our 4x5 walk in tile shower. That said, I took off a star because the switch on the handle is awkward to hold down when cleaning and it cannot be locked ON. The unit as a whole beats how I was cleaning the shower before.

Good power

Too weak to do much cleaning with
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this several months ago and ended up returning it. It could barely turn fast enough to clean anything. do not expect it to be very powerful. I was using a 6ah battery so it was not because I had too small a battery. You could do as much good scrubbing if you did not turn it on and only used the scrub head manually

Awesome!!!!!!!

Cleans well but needs a new power switch
The tool works well but it’s nearly impossible to keep your finger in the right spot on the power button. The slightest movement and it goes off.

Worked very well on a very dirty linoleum floor. Trigger could be better. Would be 5 stars if trigger was easier to keep scrubber running.

Great reach for obscure scrubbing spots (like the wall high above stove cabinets where even a ladder doesn't help you to hand scrub). It did the job for light scrubbing, but even with the heavy duty brush, the rotation is so slow that it barely makes a dent into tougher stains (e.g. a stain/spot on a kitchen floor.) So, overall, not as good as hand scrubbing but very useful and very adjustable for obscure spots.

All in all, this is a very nice product but the only flaw I found was the on off button. You have to hold it in all the time or of course, it will stop running. Being 70 years old, it was hard for me to depress this button to operate it so I was forced to return it. Should they come up with another solution like a locking on off switch, I would definitely purchase another one.

Difficult on switch
The scrubber worked good when I could keep it going but the on switch is so hard to hold down I could not keep it by running for long. There is no way to lock it on. My finger was cramping before I was done.
