[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very user friendly, powerful, and easy to clean. Only gripe would be that it only comes with one snake tip.

I’m a big Ryobi fan and this one falls very short. Poor design, mine worked sometimes, sometimes it just clicked when you pushed the button. I was unable to clear a blockage, even when I did get it to work properly. Not sure if there was a bad relay in mine but I returned it. I do not recommend. Says commercial grade but unlikely. Pro: Light, Portable, uses 18v battery Cons: 1/4 coil(too flexible), very slow start spin even with 120v, coil winds up too easily, very expensive for what you get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a recurring need to use a drain cleaner this is definitely the machine for you. In my case it paid for itself after the second use. Works great and is a lot easier to move than the other machines.

Didnt work upon arrival, Website doesnt tell you that it is not returnable and now im stuck with an expensive paper weight. Save your money and just call a plumber.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought it, for where I work; Its super easy to use and glides through the pipe like there's no tomorrow. We have a lot of clogging issues and this is going to go a long way. and it works well no matter how many feet you snake into the pipe. however brand new the knee kneeler is a little stiff, if you use your hand.

What can you say about a drain auger? It worked better than a manual auger, the 5-0 foot length saved me, my clog was around 38 feet in. Instructions are horrible, watch a YouTube video or 2 before using and you will be fine! Would buy again! For the cost, I cleared one drain and it was cheaper than bringing in a plumber.

Great tool fixed my own drain at the cost of a plumber but now it paid for and won’t have to call them any more it pays for itself

I got this because it has a battery along with direct AC power. 50 foot length is about right to get to the hard to reach pipes, and the controls are great with a tighten down on the snake for better whisking on those lines. I'm glad I've got one of my own~

Bought the auger yesterday, it rotated for a whopping 10 min before the drum stopped spinning. And its absolutely ridiculous that my local store only stocks this auger but not the tips for it. They stock only huskee or basscraft tips that dont attach

This is a useful tool for the house, especially if you have kids and multiple toilets/sinks. The only suggestion is this tool needs a protective sleeve for the snake cord. It will scratch the toilet's finish if you plan using in that capacity. Other than that it serves its purpose.

Gets the job done on smaller drains that big machines have a hard time making turns. Light, very portable, and love to battery or A/C options.

This machine is junk. The motor burned up the second drain I put it down. The line is weak and you can not push it through a drain. Absolutely a waste of money.

Would not clean out the main line. I’m sure it would be great at the sink or a small clog. I tried on the mainline it did nothing. I went and rented a little bigger machine and was unclogged in 10 minutes. I think it’s handy but if you have a bad clog it will not get it.

Portable with battery operation a big plus! Battery life is good with this unit. It's light, mobile and easy to use. Small enough to clean out a bathtub drain or washing machine drain and adequate enough to maintain a 3" sanitary line. I found that it could pull spider roots from 3" drain without too much trouble. It's the tool you should keep around if you have a home prone to drain issues.

I picked-up this product a day ago, it stopped working after first use. The drum does not rotate anymore. The build quality is poor, not a professional tool.

The auger itself seems to work great, the issue lies in the quick connect on the cable, this feature ruins it. If you have 45 or 90 degree turns in your pipes the quick connect is to big and not flexible enough to get through easily. I have a spot with both a 45 and 90 close to each other and the auger will just not go through. Is likely good if you have straight pipes, but not good with turns.

I bought this yesterday and was disappointed to find it only includes the one type of tip, not the one I need btw. After some success getting the line cleared yesterday, I fought with the sewer line for 5 hours today and had to give up and call a plumber. It’s worse than it was when I started. The way your pictures are set up in the description makes it appear that a set of tips comes with it. Only once you are reading the user manual is it clear they are extra. Another $40 on top of the price of the machine. I wanted to like it, I’m sure once the cutting tip and blade arrive it’ll work fine, but the freakin bulb tip is useless. If you’re like me with an old house and inadequate sewer lines, this may be better than calling a plumber ever six months, but order the tip pack (they aren’t available in store, online HD only) and buy it before you actually need it.

Great product. Bought extra tip set and it cut through a hard grease stoppage in same amount of time as plumber previously. Definitely recommend.

Motor burnt up after 30 minutes of use. And it was just a kitchen sink grease clog. Drano and hot water worked better. Don’t buy this unit.
