[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] "Rachel Ray's 12.5-Inch Deep Skillet, Light Blue Shimmer" is the best thing since fried fish began. I love blue gill fried to a nice crisp and this skillet makes even an amateur cook like me look like a chef. It heats evenly and makes cooking effortless. I cannot wait to cook other meals, such as vegetables, because I enjoy cooking but eating it is more fun when the tools used make the meal that much better. I am sold on Rachel's cookware.

I’ve cooked everything from eggs to sausage in this skillet and just wash with soap and water it all comes clean in seconds! Would purchase another one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First lets start of by saying this is the best skillet I've ever used. I used it for the first time to make some hash browns and when I tell you that they were perfect i truly mean that,they were just golden and had just the right crispness.the skillet is deep enough to put a little more than normal,and the coating on the skillet is of great quality ,did not burn or scorch.The handle did not get hot and the bottom ofthe skillet stayed clean. I didnt need much oil because of the non stick coating .I also loved the deep teal color of the skillet because it perked up my kitchen.

Right out of the box, I love the look of it because the gray will fit in nicely with my farmhouse kitchen but the light blue handles add a little pop of color to keep things interesting. The overall design of the skillet is sturdy yet it is lightweight in my hands. The size of it allows me to make dishes for a crowd; the first thing I cooked was scrambled eggs for a group of 6. I was able to make everyone's eggs at once and I was also pleased that there was no sticking of the eggs whatsoever, thanks to the nonstick coating. The only thing I wish is that it had come with a lid because sometimes I like to let things simmer low and slow (such as my meatballs) and I need a lid for that. Overall, this is a well constructed, attractive skillet that I look forward to using for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an interesting pan. The texture isn't as smooth as I expect from a nonstick pan, it had a grain to it but that didn't stop it from getting the job done. Its very sturdy, large and does exactly as advertised

Before buying a whole new set, I like to get a skillet and test it out for a while to see how it holds up. This Rachael Ray skillet says it’s dishwasher safe and so far I’ve had no issues from washing it in the dishwasher. Previous Rachael Ray cookware paint would chip after a few washes, but that hasn’t been the case with this skillet. I really like how deep it is, you can get more food in the skillet with less chance of a mess. I really like the overall design and quality of this skillet, so I will be investing in the complete cookware set.

The handle has a nice covering to protect your hand. The skillet is light weight but durable and its extremely easy to clean. I have also been able to use the pan on the stove and in the oven. It is now my go to skillet!

I am so impressed with the Rachel Ray Create Delicious 10.25 inch covered deep skillet. The cooking surface of the skillet uses a specially enhanced black nonstick technology called platinumshield. This is very unique. This skillet is 9x harder than titanium and twice as hard as stainless steel. I am very impressed with the quality of the skillet. It has a shatter-resistant glass lid and really nice comfortable handles. The skillet is 400 degree oven safe and can be used on an induction surface because the skillet has a base that features a stainless steel plate on the bottom? This is a very high quality skillet that can be used daily with outstanding results. This is a must have skillet for any kitchen. I am very impressed with this skillet.

It's very well made and the best quality over found so far. It cooked my food noce and even all the way through. I even used it in the oven so it's like a 2 for 1.

You can definitely fry anything like chicken or other things in this skillet. I'd highly recommend this skillet to anyone. Great product over all!

It is the perfect size for cooking just about anything that I need a pan for. Thought it would be a pain not being able to wash it in my dishwasher but was I ever wrong, it cleans up so fast and very easily because nothing sticks to it! Top quality construction and love the color. Very highly recommend this great pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Rachel Ray 12.5 inch deep skillet in return for my honest review. I used it to cook a HUGE batch of fried potatoes and onions - enough for my whole family and this skillet did NOT disappoint! The construction is first class; the lifetime warranty is an added bonus, not to mention the fact that it is oven safe to 400 degrees, not the usual 350 you see on most brands. I am seriously considering purchasing more of this line and revamping my entire set of pots and pans.

But the materials and weight seem like very nice quality. The ergonomic use is good and the depth is perfect for low boiling or deep saute. I am very happy with this skillet!

This is seriously the best pan ever. Having the silicon on the handle and on the end of the pan is great! The pan is very deep which is great for keeping spatter to a minimum. The pan is light but heavy enough to not burn food. And the pan is easy to clean. I love this pan and want to go back and buy the whole set!

absolutely love this pan, perfect size for cooking for a family. the nonstick makes cooking and cleanup an ease. The color is pretty where if you leave it out it brings a pop of color to your kitchen

The Rachael Ray Create Delicious deep skillet has been pretty great so far. I have made breakfast as well as dinner in it without food sticking and very easy clean-up. I love the versatility of this skillet as it can easily go from cooktop to oven (up to 400 degrees), and it fits nicely on my glass cooktop without crowding any other cookware that is on the cooktop at the same time. The depth and size of this skillet creates even cooking without food spilling over the top or sides. It would be nice to have a lid for it due to some dishes requiring a covered skillet. The one thing I did not like is that the skillet arrived dented which makes me question if it dents easily. Other than that, it's a really nice skillet and I would recommend it.

I have cooked many different recipes since getting this pan a couple days ago. One's that are my family's favorite's that I've had issue's cooking my current pans. This pan is so big, doesn't stick, and the handles are very sturdy. I enjoy the teal color it brightens my kitchen and my cooking top while cooking.

First off I was surprised at how light weight this pan is. Most pans this size are heavy and this is light weight and easy to handle with one hand. I love the red silicone covered handle. No worry of burning my hand on a too hot handle. Made me feel safe. The non-stock surface is amazing. Everything I've cooked has slid right off. And cleaning is a breeze as well. Overall this is the best Pan I've used on so long. I want the entire line.

I was excited to receive this skillet as I never had a skillet this large. Everyone should have a 12.5 inch Rachael Ray hard anodized aluminum nonstick deep skillet. I thought my food would get lost. It didn't. My food cooked evenly and the cleanup was a breeze. The skillet is high enough that spattering was minimal and I love that. The handle is rubberized and red, the color of my kitchen décor so it looks just so nice. I would highly recommend this skillet to anyone and everyone who enjoys cooking and wants a pan that cooks great and cleans up beautifully.

This Skillet is a great size, its nice and big and holds alot ..its not heavy. And its a very pretty color..

I was a bit skeptical when placing in the oven but it worked perfectly. It cleans up nicely, too. It is a beautiful piece and is great to display. It seems to be the only pan you will ever need. I've pan fried, seared, baked, and just cooked everything I fixed in it the past 2 weeks. Do yourself a favor and buy one. I am now on the lookout for the rest of the set.

LOVE this pan! It is amazing quality and truly non stick. I first tried it out frying an egg in it and it slid right out of the pan. I prefer anodized over Teflon coating and I'm really impressed with the quality of this one. It is definitely built to last!

I really like the product it is heavy duty nice texture and easy to use .. I do a lot to cook this product amaze me its non sticky and comfortable to use.

I like the versatility of this skillet. I use it in the oven and so on the stovetop. It has a wonderful nonstick surface and it is very easy to grip the handles. The outer edge of the skillet makes it easy to pour the food onto plates or into bowls. I would recommend this skillet to anyone who is seeking a skillet that you can use in the oven and on the stove. The teal color is also very nice.

I love this pan. It cooks well and nothing sticks. The handle is perfect with the way it is designed. I don't even have to use any type of oil in the pan. It's a wonderful product. Cleans up well.

This pan is HUGE!!!! I absolutely love it!!!!! The color is so shiney and sleek. The pan has two handles which really helps since the pan is so large. There isn't anything you can't cook in this! Is so big you could cook bacon in it and have very little splatter! I could not be more thrilled to own this beautiful useful pan!!! If you are hesitant don't be go BUY IT!!!! You will forever be glad you did!!!
