Excellent fireplace, looks grand in the living room! Lighting effects are very pleasant and looks like real fire. Assembly had some hangups but eventually went together after a bit of screw adjusting.

Fantastic piece of furniture! It perfectly goes well with the rest of my furniture (size, colour, view, and temperatures) as well as with the quality and functionality for my home and even better for my wallet .

ANGRY! they lied and also sent wrong dimentioms of box the entertainment center and fireplace sets low to ground and does not fit 70 inch TV.

This entertainment center is beautiful and functional. The distressed finish is exactly what I was looking for; not too overdone but there. The fire is very realistic and I love that you can have the heat on or off. Overall a great piece of furniture!

Takes a long tome to assemble, but looks great once together and well made.

Had a few issues with the doors on the cabinets closing. Had to force them to close. The door to the cabinet is rubbing against the cabinet itself when you close it. Other than that it's a beautiful piece. Holds my 65 inch TV perfectly and compliments my family room.

This fireplace/media cabinet is heavy. It takes a few hours to assemble too. The one that I purchased had hinges missing.

Works great. It takes some time to put together but well worth it.

Love it. Have gotten several compliments.

It was very easy to put together, so that was a plus, I did it by myself. But the heat it puts out is next to nothing so that’s a big minus. I do like the book shelves on the unit and the shelf for dvd and vcr.

Its a great unit! The perfect size for my room.. the flames and heat are just right.. I would of given it a 5 star rating but the design for assembling well it could of been better engineered.. It was tricky to get it squared up for all the pieces to come together but eventually I got it done

At first we were really pleased with the unit. It seems to be pretty decent quality and it’s a really beautifully designed piece. However, if you want to use the remote feature then I do NOT recommend this unit. Somehow the unit is on the same frequency as every other remote in our living room, which doesn’t even make sense since the two other remotes seem to be on different frequencies. Originally, it just started with the TV remote turning the unit on and off. I emailed the company and their response was “there isn’t anything we can do” even though we had the unit less than two months at this point. They did offer instructions on how to disconnect the remote sensor from the unit though. Now it has progressed to the TV remote not just turning the unit on and off but adjusting all the settings, as well as, our DVD player remote doing so. So we now have a $1000 unit that either changes features/settings every time we use a remote in the living room OR a $1000 unit that can only be controlled by the buttons on the unit itself. Neither of which we had in mind when we purchased the unit.

This Is a decent looking unit, but it's not a good source of suplimental heat, only 1500 watts. Also, considering it's 84" length it doesn't have a very solid base frame, it is basically 3 separate cabinets with a few screws holding them against each other, don't plan on moving it around much. We plan on looking for a better firebox insert.

Great product. One door sticks a bit and the battery that came with the remote was almost dead, minor issues though. It is a very nice looking piece and functional!
