This product is everything it says. My first generation Trex deck & railing looks brand new Easy to use & low odor. Highly recommend.

It’s difficult to get the stain applied evenly enough that it looks uniform after it dries. We haven’t yet tried applying a second coat to see if that would improve the looks. Still, the deck looks better than it did before the Rustoleum application.

Easy and like new!!!

I purchased this at my local home depot and had my professional house painter apply this product to grey trex deck to refresh it. It was brown water like liquid in all 3 cans despite stirring as directed and also triple checked to make sure all 3 were the "Gray" color as ordered. After applying it to a few small parts of deck we stopped as it looked awful ! The result was a dirty looking, rust colored area. Was so frustrated we threw all 3 cans away. Called Trex company directly and they also said the product was NOT recommended. They offered advice on more traditional staining type products which ended up looking great. I do NOT recommend this product for "Refreshing Trex decks".

Stain works well. Definitely requires a second coat but overall I am very satisfied

With just two applications it covered the old 15 year composite deck and now it looks like new.

The product was easy to apply and seems to work ok, but the color was definitely more of a beige instead of grey. The end result looked nothing like the pictures online or on the can. This was misleading and disappointing.

Not worth the money

Worked as advertised and went on very well. Make sure to watch the temperatures outside when applying. If it is too warm it will show Mark's. Overall looks awesome.

Our 9 year old Timbertech decking was faded and looked terrible. Before putting our house on the market I found this product and thought it was worth a try to revive some color on the deck. WOW!! I wish I had pics but let me tell you it looked brand new after applying this product. It was a bit tricky to apply b/c it is really thin but I used a deck stain pad/pole for most of it and regular paint brush and sponge brushes around the edge of house vinyl and around vinyl rails. I only had to apply one good coat to get the result. Be sure to use painters tape where deck meets house/rails b/c it is hard to get stain off vinyl if you mess up. Sold house in one day and everyone commented about my beautiful deck!! Ha!

Product is fine, easy coverage however we found it necessary to apply two coats in order to achieve a smooth, uniform appearance.

The product looks good after two to three coats. It was very thin and difficult to spread with the recommended pink pad. Get dripped off the pad all over other areas. It repels water but scratches easily. Not sure how it's going to look over time or how it will wear. However it does look a lot better just concerned about the scratching and how it will hild up.

Our composite stairs were really faded and mold stained. We power washed them and then applied this stain. Our steps look like new. We are very pleased. The stain was sprayed on then brushed in. The brushing is important...we still had a few small spots where the stain didn't get into all the creases and crevices.

We love this color. We originally ordered a medium brown which looked like baby poop. Home Depot let us return that and trade for the Redwood which we love.

Looks good

As mentioned by other reviewers, it is a very liquid product, but it makes for easy application. We used a brush rather than the recommended cloth and pusher, much easier in my opinion and it helps to get the product between the decking. Made a world of difference on the look, just really hope this holds up for a few years! If so I will be a return customer!

Dose not hold up well

Went on easy and soaked into the composite decking. If it lasts it will be great.
