I've been buying this product off and on for years....
I've been buying this product off and on for years. But Skil still hasn't gotten the screw that comes with the product to fit the worm drive saws. Screw is to small and machine thread.

I haven’t used the rip fence yet but the saw...
I haven’t used the rip fence yet but the saw itself is outstanding. The engineering is way ahead of any of the traditional circular saws. I get extremely accurate cuts using a home made MDF rip fence.

Hi Levi! The 13896 rip fence was designed for use in SKIL circular saws. We have not tested with other manufacturers to know if it would work.

Good heavy duty fence. It would be fantastic if the set screw was a wing nut that you could tigh...
Good heavy duty fence. It would be fantastic if the set screw was a wing nut that you could tighten with your fingers instead of having to stop on the job and adjust using a screwdriver.

Saw guide
Saw guide worked great. Tightening screw was difficult to get in and a screw driver has to be used to tighten it down. Could not hand tighten.
