I had to order this product twice. The first order the back wall panel had imperfections and small bubbles so sent it back. The second time the end wall panels had these small bubbles so I sent that back.

I prefer this model because it allows for windows to be cut out and trimmed. However, it's been most frustrating to me in receiving the package but this has been the 3rd time I have used the product and it has arrived damaged and a new one has to be shipped in its place, which delays my service to my clients. I also have a small concern because there doesn't seem to be an effective method to solidly attach the tub surround to an already existing tub, that's not originally designed for the tub surround. Thus, I have had to grind off the lower tabs and there's nothing to attach lower part of the 3 piece to the original tub. I would be helpful to have an adapter kit that attaches to the upper part of the tub that then provides a place for the lower notch to fit into.

Fit together well. Instructions were easy to follow. My installation involved a 36" window and window trip kit. Sheetrock finishing was a bit time consuming but not unexpected. Silicone sealing went ok. Looks good.

It arrived broken

no problems. inspect packaging before leaving the store. When you mount your mixing valve, make sure its not anywhere near the thickness change on the front wall or your trim cover will never seal. We almost did.

Install was simple. Finished product looks nice. The white color is a touch on the grey side, but it doesn't bother me. 31.5 " shower depth (rough dimension) makes this a good option for an older (50s) home swap out.

Connie - the description should say .. to stud .. but we didn't realize until we opened the box when we got it home.. We had to make adjustments to our walls before installing... but the quality was excellent

I am owed some sort of refund for keeping this product. It's poorly made. They are not properly pulling it off the mold so it's all jaggety where it should be smooth and torn - I reordered due to receiving the first one this way and the 2nd was the same - I couldn't put off not having a working show

Be carful if using on an existing tub. No directions included, but you should be able to figure it out

I bought this for a bathroom remodel and used the existing tub, the whites matched well. My only complaints are that my house was built 30 yrs ago so the shower head is much higher than current shower head installment so it was right at the top of the surround, my other complaint is that it has fiberglass tabs at the bottom I had to break off and the bottom edge has flare at the edge. Maybe the tabs are for clicking into new fiberglass tubs and the flare matches flare on the new tubs as well? I ended up using a LOT of caulk to compensate for using my original tub. Great if you get the new matching tub, a little more work if you use an older tub.

The first time I ordered this product it was damaged (obviously not from shipping) on all 3 wall and each wall also had bubbles. I have spent 8 phone call over 13 days trying to get this item picked up. Customer service reps have all been very pleasant on the phone, but have set up the return incorrectly twice, given me incorrect information about pickup dates and/or tracking numbers. In the meantime I have ordered another set, so until this one is picked up I have two charges on my account. It is supposed to be picked up in 2 day, we'll see! The replacement set has arrived and appears in perfect condition, it has not been installed yet, should be in 2 or 3 days. I can't say whether or not I would recommend this product yet, but I would say that customer service needs to be improved.

The tub and shower wall set is solidly made. It looks so much better than tile and grout. Installation was straight forward, easy and solid. Looks Great.

Item was exactly what we ordered will fit perfectly to the tub just like the other one did hope others that bought the same tub had good luck finding the surround to match also

Easy to install, directions were OK, no real experience is needed to install this product. I could see problems if the wall were not square. But, a knowledge of shimming would eliminate that.

The manufacturer did not have any replacement model. Nor was it carried in stores.

We bought this to install with a more heavy-duty tub. I couldn't find anything that told me it would not work. It's designed to fit with the matching tub and it has two tabs that fit into the back of the matching tub. I found a review that told me I would need to trim those off. What I did not find anywhere in the literature (specs, installation instructions, description) is that the side pieces taper markedly on the bottom toward the front of the tub. If you use a regular tub that does not taper up, it will not be flush for the last 5 inches or so.

I did a lot of research for tub surrounds for my bathroom reno. I wanted to use a tub-surround with the old 1950's cast iron tub in my bathroom, which was only 30 inches wide. I spent hours on the internet and in the stores looking at my options. This surround seemed to be the 'heaviest built' on the market, and it is, really nice and sound construction. Also it says it's made to work only with the new kohler tubs as it has 'click in place' tabs on the bottom of the surround. These prevented proper install on the old style tub but I was able to trim them off with a hacksaw and set it in place. Of course this means I needed more caulk on the bottom to get it to seal well in place, but it seems to have worked great.
