Decent rug, value for the price is there. Couldnt get the kinks out of the rug for the week i had it, and ultimately the yellowish tan undertone didnt work for my space. Also the rug design fades color from one end to the other, hadnt realized... Not super soft/plush, but not super cheap either. *Awesome customer service experience* to help me through the return once it didn't work out - they picked it up for me at no cost. Would order again from Home Depot due to the ease of customer service, and give another well-rated product a shot. Take a look at customer review photos (sorry! dont have one myself) to help you determine if it'll work for you.

Rugs from different production timeline will look slightly different when compared next to each other. Due to differences in monitor size & screen resolution, rugs may appear slightly different in your browser than they do in person.

Pretty but not great...
I received this rug yesterday and when I unrolled it there were so many wrinkles and creases in it. So far they have not flattened out. There is a very strong smell on this rug. It feels okay, not great. I love the color of it but may have to return.

Thank you for your review. Generally new rugs emit an odor. Airing out the rug usually solves the odor issue. Creases of rugs can happen. There are few suggestions you may want to consider to reduce this: • Back rolling/ Reverse rolling the rug (leave it back rolled for 48-72 hours)- place heavy furniture on rug while back rolled/ reverse rolled to keep it from unraveling • Use indoor rug/carpet tape-tape down corners of the rug to secure and flatten the ends of your rug. • Use a rug pad to prevent slipping and sliding • Use a rug gripper for hardwood flooring • Vacuum the rug where the creases are located • Simply allow ample time for your rug or runner to settle *These creases/waves/bumps will normally flatten-out on their own so in most cases you can simply allow ample time for your rug or runner to settle. If you’ve tried all of these suggestions, and this did not remove the creases or flatten the ends, I would strongly advise you to can get in touch with the vendor you purchased from for a return. Please be aware that vendors have their own return policy’s, please reach out to your vendor and see if you are able to return/exchange/replace/ this rug. Please remember these creases are not permanent!

Great rug, arrived quickly. Colors in person are a bit darker than they appear in the pictures. The "silver" is more of a dark grey in person, but fades lighter throughout the rug. It's very low pile, which is what I was looking for. (I prefer low-pile to shag for both look and feel.) I may invest in a rug pad just to make it a bit squishier under-foot. I've had the rug about 4 weeks and it has still not laid completely flat, but I expect that to go away over time. When first opened it does have a slight chemical smell, but that went away within 2 days.

nice color, not a heavy rug
the rug looks very similar to the picture. Works well with our true grey color scheme. The only downside is that it is taking a very long time for the rug to flatten out from being rolled up. It is not a heavy rug so there are still quite a few bumps that we can't get rid of. If you are looking for a heavy rug, this is not that.

So full of wrinkles and creases its not even funny....
So full of wrinkles and creases its not even funny. We waited months to see if it would fade but they won’t. Tried ironing, steaming, heavy objects, pulling it. Nothing helped.
