Two problems: (1) The keys are stiff in the locks, hard to turn and had to apply graphite. (2) Instructions show to use a rubber pad for the pedestal to sit upon and should have been included - it was not. Had to contact Salsbury to ship, which delayed the installation four days.

This is an excellent product. It is well designed, sturdy, and easy to install. To date there have been no complaints from the Post Office or from the people using the mail boxes. Most unusual. Home Depot could not have been more accommodating or offered better service. We had to delay several days in picking up the product but the Home Depot personal continued in their accommodating and helpful manner even though the mail boxes took up a great deal of time and space in this busiest time of the year. Obviously I will continue to use Home Depot whenever possible. They deserve a 10 star award. 5 stars are too limiting for folks offering such fine products and service !!!

Boxes were great and arrived quickly

Someone broke into our obsolete mailbox cluster and damaged it beyond repair. We looked around and found that The Home Depot sales mailboxes clusters at a reasonable price and brought the Salsbury Industrials Gray USPS Access Cluster Box Unit with 16 A size doors and pedestal. We liked it so well that we brought four more to replace our other four obsolete mailbox clusters.

Ilooks good and durable. It would help if base mount dimensions and pattern were on the website

Meet all my requirements

I purchased 3 of these for a subdivision I am developing. They were exactly what we needed and at a fair price. The adhesive numbers were not in the boxes so the company provided engraved number plaques as a courtesy via overnight mail. They were very accommodating and the boxes look great! I would recommend this product/manufacturer.

Easy to install

The package was delivered to the store sooner than expected, the installation was quick and easy and the parcel boxes are a welcome addition which was not available with the old cluster box unit. Overall, we are very satisfied with this product.

The price was good and the installation was easy.
