    32 inch fridge can be hard to find, happy so far
    I’ve had mine for almost 2 years, no problems. I bought mine elsewhere, but thought a review here might be helpful. I’ve been very pleased with the way this fits into my small kitchen space. With one inch behind it, It only stands out 3 inches from my 25 inch counter - this is the thickness of the doors. I have 1 inch of space between the counter and the fridge which is more than enough to fully open the door. A half sheet pan (13x18) will fit. I did not connect the ice maker. I did not connect it to WiFi. Mine has no handles, but has recesses in the doors instead. One improvement would be to alter these pockets so that they are easier to clean, since the one at the top of the freezer collects crumbs and stuff that is hard to get out of the corners without a q-tip. I use water and a microfiber cloth to clean it regularly. Never have used any special cleaner. The crisper drawer on the left side will open with only the left door open. Both doors must be open to access the right crisper drawer. Only the lowest shelf in the fridge can be adjusted. Mine is in the top position and the height of the space below it is 9.5 inches, which looks like enough to fit a large-ish turkey. Milk cartons and wine go in the door shelves. This is taller than most refrigerators. I am 5’ 5” and have no difficulty seeing and accessing items on the top shelf. The bottom freezer is ok, with 2 drawers at the top and a large bin below the drawers. Since I did not connect the ice maker that space is used for storage, which helps a lot. The lower bin is spacious, but if it is full you will be digging through stuff. This is standard for bottom freezers, but the payoff is that all your refrigerator space is at eye level. Works for our family of two, and I cook every day. It stays well stocked with veggies, leftovers, and all the usual staples and condiments. I also have a full sized upright freezer so this works for us. Temperature control is excellent. Looks nice.

          Only lasted a year
          Bought this refrigerator last year A month ago it stopped working. Made a repair appt for the following week and every week since. No one can fix it. We were told today’s appt was the final step in Samsung’s “protocol” and that if the problem couldn’t be fixed today, we would be getting a replacement. They reneged and now want to try to fix the motherboard not until next week! Horrible experience.

              DON NOT BUY !!! Stopped cooling in one month
              Do not buy any Samsung products !!! Fridge stopped working after one month !!! Brand new Microwave had terrible burned smell after operating over 1 minute . So after over a month of calling Samsung with no help I just called random repair company and had to pay my own $500 to fix the issue . It ended up some compressor wires had to be replaced and not the motor . Never get refunded for my expense

                A lot of room

                  Front door cracked within first few months
                  I was pretty excited to get this beautiful looking new fridge for my new kitchen but was quickly disappointed when a 4 ft crack appeared just a few months into owning it on the front door making it look much less appealing. I opened a service ticket only for the rep to tell me I likely bumped the door on the edge of the counter when I opened it. If this indeed happened as they hypothesize, this is a poorly designed/made product that I will never purchase again. They sent me to the parts department to order a new door...for my brand new fridge...ridiculous. Don't wastey your money!!!

                    I started use this refrigerator in July this year and it stopped keeping things cold. Refrigerator at degrees -18C in freezer but actually not at all while Food in freezer thawed, all foods smells bad!! I asked Repair , but they said what I showed the home Depot’s customer receipt it’s not accessible, I don’t believe!!! They just don’t want to take a responsibility to fix my refrigerator under warranty!!! That’s the Samsung Customer service!!! Don’t buy their products

                      Disaster
                      I have had less than 3 months and it stopped keeping things cold. Refrigerator at 10 degrees C according to my thermometer while the refrigerator said it was 2 degrees C. Food in freezer thawed. Food was not cold so I knew which one to believe. Repair person said I needed a new motherboard and that he has had to replace several. I asked about coverage for the food spoilage and he said to contact who sold it to me. This is a Samsung problem and they should be reimbursing me.

                          Won't stand by their warranty
                          It looks great when you first get it. And unlike others, we seem to have avoided the internal functionality problems. But Samsung the company denies any responsibility to correctly protect its products from normal wear. It has excluded cosmetic damage from its warranty, including, apparently, cosmetic issues caused by its own shoddy workmanship. The freezer's protective exterior coating started peeling and sloughing off near the handle after about 8 months, making for a pretty ugly appliance. But apparently the warranty is worthless for anything but extreme product failure. If you want something that might look good through the next dozen years, stay away from Samsung. Even the support team can't break through the company's wall of insistence that what is clearly shoddy cosmetic workmanship is not covered by the warranty against defects in...workmanship. Add the word "cosmetic" and the company takes no responsibility.

                            Words can’t describe how happy I am with this refrigerator. It was the perfect addition to our kitchen renovation. I LOVE the fun pop of color and modern look. We took advantage of Samsung’s rebate for free panels- and we’ll be buying another set! My favorite feature by far is the beverage center. 10/10 would recommend

                              CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP Lousy Samsung Warranty
                              Bought this Samsung refrigerator from HD. After less than one month's use by my 85 year old mom the freezer drawer fell of the track due to three snapped rivets (cheap brass). Samsung ruled that it was "Physical Damage" and voided the warranty. Multiple calls to highest Samsung levels and Home Depot were of no help. I now have a $1400 refrigerator with no freezer and nobody willing to repair it. DON'T BUY SAMSUNG. Is there a setting for less than one star? Negative stars.

                                Don’t buy
                                I’m so upset with this refrigerator bought it eight months ago and it’s already turned off twice and had to reset twice. Lost lots of food. Food cost way too much right now to be worried about your fridge turning off. How are you supposed to recommend a refrigerator that doesn’t work?

                                  Ices Up under vegetable trays
                                  Since the very beginning water leaked into the vegetable trays and under turning into ice have to clean it out often. Called Samsung service right after purchase he told me just keep vents in back of inside clear of anything blocking them . It should be fine it hasn’t been I have had this problem ever since . Samsung should of fixed it and should have been a recall . Also he checked the temperature it was fine. I would appreciate any help in fixing this problem.

                                            Already stopped working after 10 months

We had to throw all our food away and lost tons of money in the process. The freezer randomly stops making ice. Also the outside dents easily and has lots of dents in it after not even a year. I’ve never had a fridge do that before. Way too expensive for the quality.

                                              This refrigerator is being sold as counter depth. It it is not. Counter depth should be 24-25 inches and this is just over 28. I purchased it and now have a refrigerator sticking out past the new cabinets installed, which is NOT what I wanted.

                                                  So far this refrigerator has been performing well. I upgraded my appliances from black to stainless steel and think this refrigerator looks really sheek for my small kitchen. This isn't a family refrigerator, but better suit for a single person or a couple with no kids. From reading the comments, people has stated that it stops cooling, but I do not have my refrigerator set on "peak demand" all the time, so hopefully I will not have the same issue others have stated. Otherwise, I like it!

                                                    Bought this fridge 3 months ago. Happy with its performance but one VERY annoying feature is the door alarm. It goes off waaayyyy too quickly and you have to completely shut it to stop it. When loading the fridge and pulling out multiple ingredients it is thoroughly annoying. The app doesn’t have a setting I can change and nothing online seems to be able to tell me how to adjust the time or turn it off altogether.

                                                    Having the door open indicator going off can sometimes be annoying, CasaB. Let us go ahead and check how we can modify or turn off the alarm. Upon checking the user manual, nothing indicates whether there is a way to turn it off or change the lengthening time before it goes off. The indicator blinks with an alarm if the door is left open for over 2 minutes.                                                       You Will Continually Be Dissappointed
                                                      Where do I start! My refrigerator that was about 20 years old stopped making ice just before hurricane Ian. I did a lot of searching and comparing of refrigerators in my price range. A landed on this one because I had an ice maker. None of the reviews were bad but that's probably because I don't remember seeing any. Upon delivery and set up everything seemed fine. I didn't have a whole lot of items to transfer into the fridge at 1st because my food was ruined and the hurricane. So I went grocery shopping only to find out that you can't actually fit a gallon of milk or a gallon of anything on any of the shelves in the refrigerator. My fiance ended up putting some weather stripping on the very bottom shelf underneath the glass as to lift it up enough so a gallon of milk could fit properly. No big deal problem fixed. We soon find out it takes forever to make a bucket of ice. It doesn't matter which setting it's on because we tried both of them on different occasions to see if one was better than the other. So we constantly have the war of not enough ice and too much ice. Also if the drawer is open for the freezer and the ice makers about to dump ice there is no censor to tell it that the door is open and your ice falls down below the drawer inside. Now we just play a game of hot potato with the ice maker to make sure we don't get ice all over the back of the bottom of it. We're frustrated at this point because there's a no return policy on fridges. So now here I am the day before Thanksgiving attempting to bring my turkey in one of the drawers. I get everything mixed up I put the turkey in I dropped my water in only to find out that the drawer is not completely sealed and cannot hold any kind of liquid. What evil person created this monstrosity of a fridge? Want to go put my turkey into a pot so I can put it in the fridge and wouldn't you guess it's too big for any of the shelves. I definitely do not recommend this fridge. I don't care how affordable it may seem. It's been nothing but a headache.

                                                        We got this fridge delivered this Friday, today Sunday not even 2 full days after delivery it's already no cooling properly, my freezer is thawing out my previous frozen items, it's not making ice and when it does is half thawed and just freezes to the bottom of the tray,Called home Depot since it's with the 48 hr delivery window, they said since it Sunday Samsung is not open to call back tomorrow and it would be handle they resolve this without much pain.

                                                          Unique having no door handles
                                                          i have enjoyed my refrigerator thus far however i do have several issues with my freezer. the icemaker drops ice at the back of the freezer, completely avoiding the ice tray and the freezer is smaller than i expected. i’m single with no kids so one would think that i do not need to big of a freezer. but this freezer is still too small with it being just me. also the freezer door does not ipem wide enough.

Samsung's ice makers are designed to stop when they're full. There are two methods for this: an optical sensor or a mechanical arm, which detects when ice has piled high enough. If your ice maker won't stop making ice, it means ice is not piling high enough to reach the sensor or arm, typically because the ice bucket is not in the proper position.
