    One of the top anchor nuts on the microwave was broken and had to get Samsung to send me new part, when I received it, it was the wrong piece I needed. So I had to improvise the hole and put a butterfly clamp in its place to bolt to upper cabinet. Not impressed with the quality. Had it a week before I could try to install it.

    Do not buy Samsung from Homedepot
    I have brought this with kitchen appliance package and all appliances comes with some problem. This microwave never worked. I have called Home Depot just after 48 hrs window and been asked to call Samsung because 48 Hrs window is done. I called ( its been my 5th call) semsung and after 43 min got connect to tech. Again I have provided all information and was on a call for 1 hrs and got a tech appointment in next 7 days. Tech never came and canceled the appointment.

        Less than a year....
        Had our kitchen remodeled in March of last year and this microwave is already throwing up the "SE" error code. I looked online and it seems like a common occurrence. Unfortunately, I don't have the proof of purchase so I'd have to pay to have someone come out and fix it, even though it should be under warranty. We had a Samsung at our other house that lasted longer, but ended up with the same code. There seems to be a lot of different info online for why this happens, but it appears to be common.

            As a kid we had the same microwave for years. It’s weird to me that as technology gets better the quality gets worse. All I did was sprayed the face with cleaner and wiped off and now a 5E error code. I hate doing this but I’m going to replace with another brand. I don’t have time for things I paid good money for not to work and dealing with time off work to schedule repairs. My fridge will be next since Samsung doesn’t have a clue how to make an ice machine that works for over 6 months.

              Poor Quality!!
              We bought this microwave a little over a year ago and had it professionally installed. One night we were cooking and noticed the middle of the bottom of the microwave door had melted and bubbled out not even a week later we were getting a 5E error. We contacted our warranty and they refused to fix stating it's a cosmetic issue that caused the 5E panel malfunction and until we had that part professionally fixed they wouldn't fix it. How is a microwave that is designed to over a stove have such an issue?? We use our vents properly and there are no other issues below the microwave. We have had over the range microwaves before and no issues so either this one is a lemon or Samsung is making really cheap products and screwing customers over
