very quiet and cleans great

Purchased as part of part of a package. PROS- looks good, was easy to install, quiet, seems to clean well. CONS- top rack sits a bit low and is not adjustable(good if you are a heavy eine drinker)lower rack has too many tines that are all spaced too close so it can be difficult to clean bakeware and lids

First dishwasher we returned after 1 month, draining issue. Replacement dishwasher has vent fan issue which is EXTREMELY annoying and can not find replacement part for. In addition to that, the front panel is rusting?!?!?!

The dishwasher is everything I expected!

Very easy to use. Dishes come out clean and dry. Has several settings including a delay so it can run while we aren’t home or while we are asleep. It’s also an attractive appliance. I don’t care for the rack set up but I can work with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my new Samsung dishwasher and I couldn't be more pleased with the performance. Let me begin by saying that the two gentlemen that delivered the appliance were friendly and professional and did a great job with the installation. The appliance runs like a dream and is so quiet that I hardly even know when it's running! I've used the dishwasher to clean everything from large macaroni pots to delicate wine glasses. The adjustable racks make it so convenient for small and large items. There are also small features inside the dishwasher that can be utilized, when needed, to hold delicate items like wine glasses upright......it is just fantastic because now I don't have to wash these items by hand anymore, everything has a place in this amazing appliance! What's also nice about the dishwasher is that all of the exterior front panels are hidden so the appliance has a sleek & clean look. It's so easy to clean! My old dishwasher was so old that it had push buttons on the front panel that were discolored and unsightly. Now I have an appliance I am proud to have in my kitchen. The fact that it is stainless steel and so easy to clean is just an extra bonus! I love you Samsung! I love you Insiders!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is a great dishwasher. As part of the Samsung insiders program I get to enjoy this dishwasher. The dishwasher is very quiet can't tell it is on most of the time. The stainless steel is nice and one very positive thing about the dishwasher is there is so much room in the dishwasher there is plenty of room for all dishes and worry about running out of room. The professional installation that Samsung provides is really great the installer installs all over our area and knows his stuff. The top control for the dishwasher is very great love it and it is very quiet without load sounds when it is done. Great tip use the tablets or light amount of non liquid soap with this dishwasher don't use liquid soap it will gum up your dishwasher. You can use jet dry or cascade drying solution for the drying cycle because it will make your dishes come out dry not with water on the dishes. My conclusion to this dishwasher is that it is a great dishwasher now when one of my kids monkeys with the dishwasher and stops it in the middle of washing you may have to start the dishwasher manually which is an extra step but it does a great job with the dishes. Now comparing it to the maytag dishwasher that I had previously which was a quiet series 300 which I nicknamed loudseries 300 because it ran load it is pleasant to have a dishwasher that cleans and is not loud.

New construction, builder chosen appliances. I've hated this dishwasher since day 1. These dishwasher racks were designed to wash a china service for 8 each time. We don't consume like that. (Samsung, don't reply for me to read the manual on loading, I have). My mom's thin Corelle would probably load nicely, but we have thicker ceramic plates that don't load well in these thin, angled spaces. The glasses and mugs don't load securely in the top rack. It's supposedly designed to hold wine glasses -- again, we don't consume like that. I can't get as much loaded as I could in my 20 year old JennAir that served me very well. When my husband loads, he doesn't get the concept of flow, and these thinly space racks allow him to load too tight, so dishes don't come out clean. Since day 1 it's had a high pitched squeal. And now, 6 months later, I have the same problem with the plastic fan in the door that so many others have complained about. The noise is horrendous. Thankfully, I don't have the leaking others have reviewed about. [also hate the stove, so won't recommend Samsung]

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Top Control Washer with Stainless Steel door is amazing. I've had the dishwasher about 5 weeks now and run it about twice a week. Generally, dishwashers in this price range tend to be loud and struggle to full clean products. I was a little concerned with the Top Control Dishwasher because the build quality is so so. The door is a very thin piece of Stainless steel (feel like I could bend it with my pinky). The shelves feel a bit cheap too. However, I was absolutely shocked at how quiet the dishwasher is and how clean my dishes come out. I've put extremely dirty (not rinsed) dishes in and they still come out sparkly clean. Ive had no problems with the shelving at all - actually holds a lot of dishes! The heated dry option works very well - all dishes are dry and ready to be put away. The controls are easy to use and Ilove the fact they are placed on the top. Much easier to program for a tall guy like me. I would recommend the Samsung Top Control Dishwasher to anyone in the market for an affordable dishwasher with excellent cleaning power!

I bought this one a couple a months ago and have had continual problems with it. Every couple of weeks a sensor goes off telling it that it hasn't fully drained. It sets in a error state for a couple of days before resetting itself. When it does actually work it won't completely dry the dishes. I really regret buying this machine.

I'm on here replacing this product. Samsung please get out of the appliance business

Being an Insider, I have to admit one more time that every time I see my new beautiful dishwasher I smile as it is so clean and modern looking... By now I have used it several times. The fact that you are able to change the racks, makes it very adaptable to my needs. I choose normal with heated dry circle, so the dishes come out clean, without any spots, and dry, just ready to take them out and put them away. I love it!!!

it broke just over one year! i would not buy a samsung

The first use it was noisy and didn't drain. Needed repairs and new parts. Even after the parts were replaced, still very noisy and sounds like it it struggling to pump water.

this dishwasher is trash...10 months in and i called samsung for service saying it was not drying...the maintaininace guy came and told me to use rinse aid...that didnt work and 10 days after my warranty expired my dishwasher started getting water backing up into it...again samsung sent a guy out and it was the same as before...he said some drain pump was leaking and said the two incidents were not related...offered to fix the problem for almost the cost of the dishwasher...it looks like a good model, but has given us problems...if you are going to get it, spend the extra $95 for full 5yr parts and labor warranty

Water supply line adapter to this machine was not included. DW water connection on the machine is as big as a garden hose/faucet. Another trip to HD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Top Control Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Door. It is super quite as our last dishwasher we would wait til we were leaving in the morning so that we did not have to hear it. I love that if the door gets opened and it is not restarted there is a ding that goes off to remind you. This was something that our old washer did not do and would get open and you would end up hand washing everything. I love that everything gets super clean and that there are not spots all over. The best part is that you do not have to super rinse things before putting them in as it gets the toughest food off for you. I love that it does all the work. I would highly recommend the Top Control Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Door.

The worst dish washer ever. I have to wash my dishes before I put them in. It doesn't clean them at all. I have ran it 3 times before and NOTHING comes off the plates. The dish tablet container also broke less then a year into having it. Samsung products are awful.

I am forturnate to be The Top Control Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Door looks great inside and out. I love the buttons on the top panel of the door. This gives the front a clean look and makes my kitchen look even better. This Top Control Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Door is a little smaller than what I was using before but does a great job. Dishes go in dirty and come out clean. I used to rinse off my dishes before loading them in the dishwasher but all that changed with this Samsung Dishwasher. I remove the big food items (chicken bones, Brussels sprouts, pile of peas) and just load them in. My plate with day old spaghetti sauce (I didn't do the dishes the night before) came out clean and spotless. One of the best things about this dishwasher is that it is quiet. You hear just a low humming sound and that gets washed out by the TV. I am reviewing this dishwasher as part of The Insiders program. I am forturnate to be a product tester and to have this item in my home.
