NEW REFRIGERATOR but requires discontinued parts!
I have had my 4-Door Flex for a year and a half - and it is a GREAT fridge, and I love it! What I don't love (and the reason I am not giving this a 5-star rating) is due to the repeated problems with the ice maker. I have had to replace the Ice Chip unit TWICE due (now looking for a third replacement) due to it freezing and literally breaking. Last week it happened to the ice cube side, and I needed a replacement. Now finding a replacement is the REAL PROBLEM, because it's discontinued!
How can a part for a refrigerator still sold as a new unit have parts that are discontinued and no longer available?
All the replacements I have gotten have been from eBAY, and when I went looking for the Ice Cube unit, I found a complete unit that I also bought (as a spare). When my Ice Cube unit arrived, I found that the ice chip tray was cracked, needing my third repair of the Ice Chip Unit.

Well designed.

Great Features!

The size of the fridge is great, perfect for a family of 6. The shelves are bit hard to replace when you want to move them, but with some added patience it worked fine.

Not worth the price
Purchased five months ago and already on my second warranty claim. First issue was the small ice cube dispenser over filling. Second now is the large ice cube maker is leaking into the refrigerator and spilt water everywhere. Not satisfied with a 2,000.00 dollar purchase buyer beware.

Good Fridge with a Couple Significant Problems
We loved this fridge at first. Overall, we really like the design including the beverage center and ice maker, but after using it for almost 2 years, we found a couple things that are quite dissappointing. The doors are very easily dented - like crumpling a soda can easy. If you have young kids or your fridge is in a high traffic area, it will get dented. Samsung won't replace the panels under warranty (which I could understand if the panels were more dent resistant). Also, after years of dealing with multiple fridges with in-door ice dispensers that spit out ice randomly all over the floor, we were all too happy to find this alternative. However, the ice bins are constantly over filled, leading to ice the spills out the back of the bins and drops into other freezer bins below it. We constantly have to clean up the splilled ice. When the freezer is jammed packed with food, that becomes a real pain to clean up all the time. The FlexZone feature is a nice-to-have, but we haven't switched it from freezer to fridge even once in almost 2 years.

NO WARRANTY PARTS AVAIL.
My fridge was perfect for the few months we had it before the cooling unit went out.
It’s been 35ish day and Samsung still have no idea when the part will be available!! It is crazy to me that this fridge is still for sale when the company knows they cannot keep up with the demand for repair.
Please do yourself a favor and don’t purchase this garbage unless you want be forced to ice an ice chest until you can be approved for a return.

So far its good.
The only negative and its a big NEGATIVE, is that when I pull the tray out to get ice, the dispenser views this as the tray being empty and dispenses ice. Well, with the tray being pulled out, there is nothing to catch the ice so, I get ice everywhere. It becomes a nuisance. I've gotten ice from the tray 3 times and its dispensed ice everywhere twice out of the three times. This is a big concern in my opinion.

Love the ice trays in the FREEZER, where they need to be. Space is nice, just wish shelves were a little more adjustable to my taste. Water pitcher in the door, genius, always full when you need it. So far I am loving this fridge.

Best refrigerator purchase I made in July 2023!

We absolutely love the beverage door! Best design ever. Having water, and beverages within a quick reach is great! I also love the size of the freezer compartment!
I can't wait for Thanksgiving to get here, because I never have enough room for all my pies. This year will be different, because half of the freezer can turn into part of the refrigerator!

Great refrigerator

It has taken some getting used to having to open the door to get cool water access but finally getting used to it. Some features were better on the older model but no longer available. Overall, still love the 4 door model.

Great refrigerator but ice can be a problem.

The trays that the ice is collected in has a tendency to allow the ice to fall into the back of the freezer when you use the scoop for ice. It's a minor problem but you are forever having to pull out the freezer drawers to find and dispose of the ice that falls out.

My fav fridge ever!
We love everything about this fridge. Can always fit something large in, even when there appears to be no more room! I LOVE the water dispensing in the beverage center and not on the front of the unit. Sleek! No issues with ice.Pull cubes forward with scoop before filling cup to avoid ice falling back into freezer.Delivery was Jan 2021 and in Jun '23, water stopped dispensing. 3 tries and can't be fixed. Ex warranty is giving $ back- minus a few 100.Will replace with same and pay the difference.

This refrigerator is perfect. We had the same brand and style with the 4 doors but it had the icemaker in the refrigerator and it never worked properly and it took up space. This model is better with the ice maker in the freezer. Word to the wise, it is hard to keep ice frozen in a cooler. It belongs in a freezer.
