This is an amazing counter-depth fridge. I spent days looking over specs to replace our failing refrigerator, drooling over all the space that the full-depth appliances had. I had resigned myself to a smaller size, then found this at Home Depot. It was available for delivery within a week, and our whole family loves it! Love the french doors. Don't need a water dispenser. Love the two different kinds of ice. Would definitely buy again.

Stopped working after four weeks
The refrigerator stopped cooling after 4 weeks. We lost all of the food. I went through Samsung Care & a local service technician came 4 days later, briefly examined the refrigerator, needed to order "freon," and then send another technician to do the actual repair. Have not heard anything since then. The holiday season is here, we have lost hundreds of dollars in food, don't have a working refrigerator, and can't get an update on when a repair might occur. This is not a good look.

    Samsung 32cu. ft Refrigerator
    Fridge quit working within the first month. Working with Samsung warranty service has been a horrible experience. Website is not functional and personnel are difficult to understand.

      Refrigerator is huge and works great. Unfortunately, all three doors were seriously dented and the delivery people just gestured (no English) to call customer service and take pictures. That hotline does not work on the weekends, so had to wait until Monday. We scheduled an in-home replacement within two weeks. Unfortunately, they had to cancel after the scheduled start time had already begun because they just figured out that they didn't have the parts. I am still waiting on another person to schedule the repair....

      Love my refrigerator!
      [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love so many things about this refrigerator where to begin ? How about how quickly it chills anything in the refrigerator and freezes anything in the freezer it’s incredible! Also I love the fingerprint resistant stainless steel my 4 year old loves to touch everything so this helps us out a ton! The storage in the fridge has a really good you can put tons of drinks or other items on the main shelves and put your gallon of milk on the side door which is so handy . You can you use the app to control the temperature which is very handy . The freezers setup and space could be improved upon and there is no light on the bottom freezer compartment but it’s not enough of a negative to make a huge difference overall I would highly recommend this refrigerator I really love it !         This refrigerator is huge but fit in the same space as our old much smaller fridge. Seems well built, does not make much noise. We will see how long this one lasts. The frigidaria we had prior to this was junk and only lasted 5 years. Delivery and set-up was great.

        Doesn't work, after being plugged in for 10 hours, went from 57 degrees to 70 degrees, This is my third fridge from Home depot since October 11 this one didn't even make it off the truck, October 26th this one sounded like a freight train running through the house and the middle shelf had no support, if the produce drawer wasn't closed the shelf sagged, November 14th, This one just doesn't work, the delivery guys plugged it in, temp gauge said 57 degrees for fridge 58 degrees for freezer, 10 hours later 70 degrees for fridge, and 70 degrees for freezer, The first 2 refrigerators were Kitchen Aid, the third one a Samsung, I am awaiting for another replacement for the Samsung, supposed to come tomorrow, Still have not received the refund on the Kitchen Aid. So I am out the price of 2 refrigerators and haven't had a refrigerator that works since October 11th. The people from Customer service have been very helpful, but I still don't have my refund.

        The unit itself has been subpar. We are currently having Samsung come to work on it on 11/30/23. There appears to be a sensor issue with the doors and they continually beep for hours every few days.

        We've only had this refrigerator in and running for about a week, but so far, I'm in love. Its HUGE!! So much space! I could easily fit my 25# turkey in there, all the veggies, pies, which I stacked using a rack, I had at least 8- 1/2 gallon mason jars of milk in there too! The temperature stays steady and constant. I like the warning if the door is open too long. As long as it last a good long time, I'll be super happy with this fridge. The stainless steel is beautiful and easy to clean. We haven't hooked up the ice maker yet and I have that turned off. And tons of room in the freezer too. Oh and the delivery guys were great. On time and put the fridge exactly where I wanted it. I'm so happy. Oh and I found out my son bought this same fridge for his "spare" at his house! He loves it too.

        We were so excited! Loved the look! Had this for TWO WEEKS and it stopped working. Fridge and freezer do not cool and ice stopped working. It has been a NIGHTMARE. Home Depot will not return it. They have a 48 hour return policy. We paid $2K for a unit that has stopped working within TWO WEEKS.

          My Samsung Fridge
          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Samsung fridge and it's suited my families new house since our moving in this Summer of 2023. It's double doors and draw out freezer on the bottom gives us everything we need, and despite it not having a water dispenser, we feel it suits our kitchen flow. We supplement the lack of water dispenser with a filter that fits within the spacious door cabinetry on one of the double doors. It's a sleek and affordable addition to the family kitchen, and it doesn't compromise our space at all.

            This refrigerator is huge & I love it! It's the perfect size for my home bakery. One of the features that I like is the digital thermometer for both the refrigerator & freezer. It also has a feature that if the door is not completely closed, it will make a small ringing sound after a few minutes to let you know. I found that out when I had my hands full retrieving items from it and didn't shut the door completely. Even though I've only had this refrigerator for about 3 weeks, I'm very happy with it.

The LED lighting is perfect, the space is plenty, and the freezer is super convenient - it even came with a little scooper for the ice!
