I love the washer so far haven’t had it long. It beautiful in color, seems fancy I’d it’s your first front loader. My only problem was delivery and set up. The guys we very nice but had no idea what they was doing. My husband tried to help them but they didn’t hook up my steam feature on the dyer and the left the shipping bolts in the washer. So when I went to wash it was jumping all over the floor hitting the dryer. I’m lucky it was damaged. I thought it was broke until I did my own research and husband removed the bolts. Worked fine after that

I just got this Samsung washer and dryer set from HD the week before July 4th, 2020, First of all, the price is reasonable. The delivery date is very fast. The husband said it is really easy to set up. I was afraid at first due to lots of negative reviews on here about how it is very loud, unclean, very hard to use. After trying it for the first time, I'm very happy with it! The washer is a water saver, runs very quietly. All my clothes come out clean and fresh. The spin cycle is very fast and quiet! The dryer is very quiet. Lots of options! Overall I'm very satisfied with this set! I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a washer and dryer set that is not too expensive but does very well on the job! So far so good!

I haven't been this happy with a washer for 25 years!!! My clothes are cleaner, I am using less soap, it is quiet and quick. I only wish I had bought it sooner....

This washer works great! All my clothing smells fresh and stains are removed with one wash. Not loud either which is wonderful since I'm in an upstairs apartment. I would recommend this brand, color and model - make sure to get the machine dryer!

Overall, this is a good product and for the price does exactly what it should. It does not have a light in the wash tub so it is difficult to see inside to ensure that you have all the clothes removed. The tub is also smaller than my last front loader but I'm okay with that. It is quiet and works well. It is also easy to clean after each load. If you like bells and whistles, you will love this machine. It plays a cute little tune when it is done after each load.

The 4 stars are actually for me for not checking the size properly, they are big ! I've had the set for a month and so far I am very pleased indeed. Just make sure you have ample space in your laundry room.

Easy to use, quite and holds easily a full size load of laundry. Its larger than I thought! For a large family like mine I was very pleased.

I laughed when I looked at the listing on HD website that says it's quiet....WHAT A JOKE! Mine is so loud it is ridiculous. Knocking, rattling, banging, shimmying and walking across my cement basement floor! I had a tech out within a week of having this delivered & was told this is normal. I thought "well, give it a chance since I've never had a front load washer before" but it is getting worse! I can only spin on the bottom 2 cycles and even them it walked 3 inches! I susoect if I would spin on high the unit would fall over, and I am not kidding...it's that bad! I have service coming tomorrow as I type this and I want it returned. Give me back a regular old top load washer! On the plus side, it washes well and quickly but my recommendation is not to buy this washer.

I have had front loaders before and my last one was a Samsung. This one is very loud. It sounds like there are rocks in some of the loads. It is leveled and was installed by Home Depot yet it shakes violently and travels as it hits the spin cycle. I would not recommend this machine. I have had this machine 3 months.

Really nice unit. Pretty quiet motor in consist to unit before this one. Plays nice melody when it is done washing indeed of beeping. We have it for about a week.

Good product, but horrible installation by home depot. They left the dryer vent tube sticking 4 feet off to the side of the dryer. And refused to install the pedestals

Great front load washer for the price. It will take a larger load than I expected, it is quite, and I found the interface easy to understand (more advanced but intuitive). Our old washer was only 3 gallons and this takes about the same amount of space, just a little taller.

1 : I pay for new not used sfuff the font door look very used with too many scracth scuff on it . 2: The Delivery People is rude and not hand with care i know it heavy But this is all electronic stuff inside the washer , can’t drop from the hand truck like this washer is going to dumpter. 4: i dont know how long this washer will last after it been drop like that. 5: they just left it there not even removed the drum bolts

I was skeptical about buying a Samsung since I have family who had issues when their fridge broke down and Samsung techs could not get the parts to fix it. But I am pleased with my washer so far and I am enjoying the quiet simplicity of washing clothes. My old machine was noisy and made it hard to relax on laundry day. Delivery was easy and the crew who brought it was professional. It's only been 24 hours but I am looking forward to ther continued use of this machine and I will be investing in the matching dryer soon.

It was way overpriced for what it offers. It is noisy spinning vibrating the whole house. It doesn't have many dryer options for stacking. They won't stack a dryer if purchased separately. Nobody services a stacked pair. If you want a vertical pair get a laundry center all in one. This stacking is very problematic. Instructions not clear. Important items need to be highlighted and printed on the machine for example: Do not put pods in detergent dispenser, Do not run without calibration first, labeling filter panel. A regular load can take up to 2plus hours. We often have guests and every one is stumped to operate. Clothes are hot, when they should be on a cold cycle. Have had it a month. Got it for capacity, but manual limits say 3.2 kg max. Not sure how to connect steam dry that needs water. I really need to start all over again.

I moved into a home and purchased this washer. I should have purchased an LG like I had at my previous condo. I’m using the same detergent and the LG cleaned much better than the Samsung. I’ve tried increasing the soil level setting, but it’s still not even close. I’m disappointed in this product. A side by side comparison on how well it cleans is in the attached image.

It does a good job of cleaning but is a bit rough on fabrics. Every load does a hot steamy rinse cycle. There is no way to do a cold rinse . I don't think that heating water needlessly is very energy efficient. I would not purchase this washer again and do not recommend it. Hair gets caught at the bottom of the door opening. This is difficult to remove and accumulates after a few loads. Not an ideal design.
