I bought this refrigerator a few weeks ago. The features are great! Love that I can check the temperature on my phone. I also receive alerts if the door is left open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator 6 months ago and we have not been disappointed with it. Every thing works just fine and the water container sure helps and the shelves to put drinks to get cold with out having to open the fridge is great and we do use the ice dispensers a lot and where they are located makes it a lot easier to get to and the different size cubes is sure nice to have. Some day hope to be able to get some door panels with designs on them.

We ordered the light blue glass top doors on the navy blue stainless base and it looks awesome. Love having 4 large drawers in the fridge area. Not having an ice machine in the top leaves so much more room. Doesn't bother us that the ice is in the bottom and we like having two different sizes of ice to choose from.

Only complaint would be is that it is not fingerprint resistant. Shows all fingerprints. But that is what all stainless steel appliances do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have the counter depth fridge. The fridge itself has so much more storage than we really need. The beverage center is awesome for both people who love flavored drinks and water. The pitcher is fast and convenient, the beverage center allows for a quick access to a good selection of drinks. The only downside is that if you have taller cans or bottles, they only fit in the middle shelf. The ice maker is convenient. I like that you don't need a separate ice maker to have plenty of ice for guests. The downside with the counter depth is the amount of freezer space you get. The shelves are shallow so be careful about not getting anything caught on the seal of the freezer. Overall we love the fridge. there's just some minor things about the door that we'd like to change. The door swing requires a lot of room. The door depth being the primary issue causing the fridge to have to protrude out or the side requiring more than a 2inch gap. also the Stainless steel is not fingerprint resistant unlike our other appliances... it shows really easily.

Cooling system is great , ice maker works well , love the double ice tray . Beverage center is amazing as well . So far no issues ! I gave it 4 stars because I really wish the shelves had more space .

The entire process from purchase to delivery was handled professionally with a customer-oriented focus! The refrigerator is beautiful, spacious, quiet and easy to operate. The various drawers, shelving and the doors are easily accessible. The freezer compartment is also very spacious and very accessible. This new refrigerator replaced an older (20-years) Samsung Refrigerator that finally stopped its cooling and freezing operation, We were extremely satisfied with our original Samsung Refrigerator which easily convinced to buy a newer one ... perfect replacement with almost the same form / fit / function. You cannot go wrong with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge offers a beverage center with an autofill pitcher. Also included are two types of ice, regular and bite size. Let me tell you, I LOVE this fridge. Autofill pitcher is a life changer. You can also control the temperature for fridge directly through an app. The panels I bought (navy steel and sunshine) complement my kitchen decor perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first French Door refrigerator (which we're adjusting to) and put all everyday milk, 1/2&1/2 and OJ on the right side while accessing the shelving for left overs. On the other side are actually two doors (one behind the other) and two areas under door panel that allows for opening the pair or just the lead with the first offering cold fresh filtered water. If opening the other latch it allows full opening. The ice maker is also unique offering two different sized cubes (very refreshing).

We purchased this counter depth fridge to replace a standard depth unit in the kitchen but have found the Samsung Bespoke is actually easier to use and holds just as much. The finger print resistant surface is easy to clean and looks great.
