We did the black matt steel on the bottom drawers and a sent in a photo I took of a sunset on my phone from Pine Island, Florida. My husband and I could not be happier. I love the price point and the fact that we can easily change these drawer panels out. They were well packaged to say the least, though they take a while to arrive. Installation was a snap.

After having Home Depot install the fridge, and having a team come back out to balance it, I have concluded that the doors just don't like to shut. I'm used to a gentle push closing the door (which is the case on most fridges) but this guy needs you to follow the door all the way to the body. I also wish that the middle drawer would get a bit cooler. There are a lot of cool features (that are well detailed in the description if you're thinking about getting it) but the doors not closing really lowers my opinion of it.

i got an extra set of panels a few months ago and didnt open the box until recently when i was ready to change the panels. i was dissapointed to find the bottom panel was badly bent and dented and now i am unable to use the panels because i’m not willing to pay $150 for one panel. it is my fault for waiting so long to open the panels, but i figured i would chat with samsung just in case they offered any solutions but sadly they couldn’t. now i have 3 good panels and 1 damaged one. the glass panels are much sturdier i regret getting the stainless steel as it is extremely thin and easily bent.

I can honestly say there isn't anything I don't like about this one. Not only does it have everything on my list it has extras. First it has the Flex zone drawer I love it. Being able to change from a large produce drawer to a deli drawer to a meat drawer to a wine drawer that is genius. Then their is the fast freeze selection which will come in handy when it's 90 plus and you have bags and bags of groceries. Get them cooled down quickly so they don't start to turn. The metal all cooling feature makes the fridge so energy efficient I can't wait to see my new power bill. Then there are a few things I always but never had like a door alarm I'm so guilty o9f not closing the door all the way it's already let me know about it 3 times . One of the greatest features is you can change the outside color of the fridge that's really a great idea. As two appliances never need to be replaced at the same time which is why I have 3 different colors but because of this I will only have 2 ordering panels to match my one other appliance. The wifi set up to check it while your way is another idea that someone with some smarts thought of. I also love the beverage center the two ice cubes and the water pitcher are a great idea. Those outside water dispenser always looked so dirty and full of germs this is so much more sanitary really like it. I'd say all in all I'm very happy with this fridge and hope to have for many years to come..

Two people said they bought one from my pic! The fridge itself has great features and tons of room…but the custom exterior is what sells it!

Only downside is that our delivery person was supposed to install them and told Us he couldn’t because it was a liability for him; so, that left us to do it. Again, these were super easy to install but we shouldn’t have had to do it in the first place.

Absolutely love it! It's beautiful and also practical. Love the beverage station...quick access to cold, filtered water in the self filling pitcher is genius. Also allows quick access to cold beverages without have to open the big doors and letting out chilled air. Didn't think I would like not having an ice dispenser but the tray in the freezer with it's own scoop is very convenient. I no longer end up with overflowing ice from door dispensers. Installation was very professional and the installer briefed me on the refrigerator functions. .

This fridge is the perfect balance of Beauty and functionality. No detail was missed! Has become the focal point of our kitchen.

We ordered the white panels and they were installed when the refrigerator was installed. The tech did a great job!

I like having the choice of replacing panels to change, color, appearance, or any damage that might’ve happened in the future. Very nice option.

I love the idea behind the Samsung bespoke fridge so far. The black glass panel is beautiful. It does show fingerprints like stainless steel would but I'm not particular about that. I wanted the white but HD didn't have enough in stock and canceled my order. The black turned out beautiful. The Home Depot delivery was terrible though with the delivery guy- Gerardo, taking on an air of superiority in my home while refusing to install the fridge. He also took unauthorized pictures of my home stating he needed evidence of the 'construction' work going on! At my request, he called his supervisor but then, refused to let me talk to them. I have never been so humiliated by a delivery person and we had to live without a fridge for 5 more days because of him. I expect Home Depot to contact me about this as I am very upset.
