Not very good
Pretty unhappy with this unit.
Works for a few days then stops for LC errors (leak warnings errors). If I leave it off for a day or two it might start working again.

Broken pieces and rusted parts
Have only used this for less than 6 months and parts of the racks in the dishwasher have already broken off, causing it to rust. Its only a matter of time before the rack falls apart from the rust.

Poor quality and no real warranty
The top rack in my dishwasher started rusting after 1 year. The warranty says that "racking" is warrantied for 5 years. But apparently the "racking" warranty does not cover the actual racks, only the wheel attached to them. Samsung does not stand behind its warranty. Do not buy Samsung products.

There are too many glitches.
It has been less than 4 months since I bought the Samsung dishwasher. I'm struggling with too many problems. I have to wait for the after-sales technician all day and I have another problem, I replaced the main board and water leaks through the door. Do not buy this product.

Quiet But Poor Rack Design
I will start with the good things: it is unbelievably quiet with a lot of space.
However, the bottom rack rubs against the rubber seal on the right when pushing it back into the dishwasher. This will inevitably break in a few months, I’m sure.

Auto door open
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sleek look of this dishwasher is what got my attention to start. I really like the fact that when it is done drying, the door opens automatically. A perplexing thing is that my middle rack will slide out on its own. Not sure if that is because it wasn't installed correctly (i did pay for professional install) or if it is something faulty on the machine? I have also had issues with pushing the buttons on the top. I have to push the power button multiple times in order to get it to turn on. Other that these 2 minor things, it works well, is quiet and looks sleek!

Samsung Dishwasher
I bought this dishwasher to replace the older one that came with the house when I purchased it. The old one never really cleaned anything and it was noisy. I was surprised how quiet this model is (42db) plus there are three racks. The top rack is for knives, spatulas, sizable items that won't fit in the normal silverware compartments (it can handle items up to 1.25 inches or 33 mm), The controls are located on the top of door and is easy to see how much time remains for the cycle to complete, it is in minutes. I usually use a liquid dishwasher soap, but the dispenser is square so the newer soap tablets would fit nicely into that. When a clean cycle is completed the Samsung jingle is heard - My washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, micro, and this dishwasher all have jingles when they are completed or finished...

So quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly, I wanna say it’s so quiet, that I can actually watch tv while dishwasher is on, without any disturbance.
It took me some time to get adjusted to 3 racks, but now I got so habit of it, that can’t think of a dishwasher without 3 racks.
I love it’s features of height adjustable middle rack, it really helps me fitting my big dishes better. Also it has auto door release after every wash, which I find very useful, my dishes are fully dried , I guess because it takes out all the steam or vapors out with its door opening.

This dishwasher is a complete eyesore! There is a black strip of plastic that sticks out from each side of the dishwasher, which is just really poorly designed and unsightly. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this when I purchased it online. The delivery men from Home Depot installed the dishwasher, and there is an unsightly gap between the top of the dishwasher and the cabinet, and I have a standard size cabinet opening. Last, but not least when it was installed, they forgot to put the plastic caps on the sides of the dishwasher, in the installation guide it says, those need to be on, or there could be a risk of an electrical fire from water leaking. I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time on the phone with Samsung to get the stupid plastic caps shipped to me!

I am so pleased with this product. I love that I don’t have to pre rinse or scrap dishes before putting them into the dishwasher. They still come out sparkling clean. Love the 3rd rack too! This is well worth the money.

Do not waste your money on Samsung appliances
This started leaking after a month i bought it. After i called warranty, they had only one repair shop near my area. It took a month for them to come. I am not able to use the dishwasher for more than a month now. He somehow found these small scratch inside the door which was created when i pushed door to stop leaking and pimple size bump in the back. He says it is improper installation and Samsung washed their hands by blaming installation. The bottom arm which sprays water is touching the plastic on the back. That could not be installation issue.

Very quiet, cleans well
this a step up from our old jennair that was 15 years old. the new samsung is so much quieter and more modern with hidden control panel. cleans exceptionally well. we still rinse off the large stuff before washing. the dry cycle, air dry with fan, works well and saves a lot on electric. i do recommend this for anyone looking for a great dishwasher.

Outstanding dishwasher
i love this dishwasher! see pictures below of baked on tomato pasta sauce. this is how it went into the dishwasher, against my spouse's adamancy of it will never come clean! i put it directly over the storm wash section, selected that option as well as high temp and sanitize. one soap in the holder and that was it. there were no repercussions if it did not come clean as there is no heated drying. no need to pre-wash. the only drawback is that the there is still more water left on some plastic lids that would normally dry in the heated dry stage in older dishwashers. we put them on a dish drainer on the counter and they air dry. with no heated dry, the bottom rack is now open for plastics that would normally melt during the heated dry stage.

It’s super quiet, cleans the dishes better than I ever expected and without having to “pre wash” like we did with the old unit and the space is great- love the extra 3rd rack. Dishes aren’t dry
This dishwasher looks great! However, when it’s time to unload, I have to wipe off the plates and glasses. I expect a little water to remain in the creases of plastic, or an item with a sunken middle, however, I should not have to dry off plates or flatware. This turns a simple process into an additional chore. In addition, there is one compartment for detergent. The manual mentioned squirting additional detergent on the door for cleaner dishes, however, when I do that, detergent residue remains on the door. Dishes are not consistently clean. Overall dissatisfied.

Worst appliance I have ever owned
I dislike this appliance more than I have any appliance that I have ever had! I have to rewash dishes daily by hand as well as dry by hand. I may as well just hand wash and dry to start with. This dishwasher totally defeats the purpose for me. My dishes come out dirty every single day, especially silverware. I have tried adjusting the settings, using a different detergent, none of it makes a difference. I get ticked off every day when I have to empty the darn thing! We tried to exchange to the higher and more expensive model and Home Depot doesn't allow returns or exchanges on appliances, so choose very carefully and make sure that you absolutely love it and do the research before you purchase!!

Terrible Samsung Experience
they wont let me write a full review. moral of the story,1 month old dishwasher broke, samsung refused to exchange,i am out$400 and samsung did not stand by theirwarranty. will never buy samsung again

Thank you for a quick delivery and installation services from Home Depot. I ordered a dishwasher on Thursday and got it delivered/installed on the following Tuesday.
The dishwasher is super quiet and cleans well. If you use the quick setting, the dishes might not dry all the way but then that's how my older dishwasher was too.
Thanks to Black Friday sale, the price was cheaper than competitors even with 5 years protection plan.

Three racks!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so amazed at this great product. The Samsung stormwash dishwasher Is the greatest dishwasher I’ve ever used. It’s completely silent and I had to actually double check to make sure it came on. I can’t get over the 3rd rack and the additional jet arms for dispensing the water. Uses less water for efficiency and still gets the job done. The heating Setting Is my favorite as it spends the additional time to dry and sanitize the dishes. I love the drying feature how it will pop open several inches to help aid during the drying process. After completion it sounds off the alarm song that way you know when the dishes are all complete and ready to be removed out of the dishwasher. I’m very impressed and I highly recommend upgrading to this life changing product.
