    i love the sensor cooking. i love the reminder beeps after finishing cooking. it has a mirrored like door. i had been without a microwave for over a year and eating out or having food delivered. hard cooking for one. on a limited income too. this was a belated birthday present. i wished i got a maintenance plan because of the dent it got during shipping. if something goes wrong with it because of whatever caused the dent might caused inside damage. if it was cheaper locally, i would have got it without the dent.

      MUST AVOID this microwave
      i purchased this microwave took it home then unboxed it, immediately as it came on i realised it sounds very loud and very rough. i have diverticulitis and cannot make it to a store to return this so now i am stuck with what i would consider an unsafe microwave. i would recommend never buying this microwave. i needed this to work, i counted on being able to use it as i should have but was seriously disappointed.

          Worked for a little over two years then a terminal burned up without blowing a fuse and the door switch works as it should also tried to get support with no luck

            GREAT MICROWAVE
            THIS MICROWAVE IS ALL I NEED. IT IS IN MY OFFICE AND USED FOR HEATING LUNCH AND BREAKFAST. WILL HEAT EXTREMELY FAST. THE ONLY DOWN FALL IS THE DOOR IS SO DARK AND THE LIGHT IS SO DIM, IT IS DIFFICULT TO SEE WHATS GOING ON INSIDE. TO SOME THATS NO BIGGY. I LIKE TO BE ABLE TO SEE WHAT I AM HEATING.

              Just purchased but initial impressions
              For a 4 to 5 star rated product I expected a better build quality. To be honest, I just picked this up today so we'll see how this product performs over time. But First thing I noticed is that one the right side where the screw is, the body is a little bent almost like the screw was too tight or the metal too flimsy or both since the body does seem to be thin. The second issue I see is closing the door. The door isn't aligned properly so I have to push the door down from the top to get the door to close properly or else one of the latches doesn't latch.

                  Beautiful, functional,.........BUT dont try to clean the front glass.
                  I bought the entire set of Samsung Black Stainless (refrigerator, range, dishwasher) and wanted this to finish off the new look on 11/19/16. Although the microwave works great, you cannot clean the front of the glass door without getting these horrid micro-scratches all over the glass. Actually, it cant be glass as I have NEVER seen glass do this. Even my microfiber cloths scratch it. My fingers scratch it. Everything scratches it. And it is the same imitation glass that is used on the top touch panel of the dishwasher, another item you cannot touch with leaving micro-scratches all over it. It is too bad they did not use the same "glass" that they used on the range touch pad because that does not scratch like the microwave or the dishwasher. What a shame because otherwise this would be a nice microwave. Would I recommend it knowing it will look hideous as soon as you clean it? No. My suggestion is to keep it in a dark corner where no direct lighting or sunlight will ever shine on the "glass" door. I'm attaching a picture but am not sure how large it will appear on this page, but I can assure you if you are able to enlarge it or see it clearly, the front 'glass' door looks horrible if you look above where the flash is.

                    Great Looking/Functioning Microwave @ A Reasonable Price
                    Great looking microwave that works pretty good as well. The look inside is also quite cool and easy to clean. I am replacing an old 12 unit that worked very well but started smelling a little during operation and this was definitely a great upgrade. I do have one small gripe, the light seems a little too dim. It's not a big deal but it helps to see if the food is being overcooked.

                        Died in two years
                        I was unhappy to start with - the power on this was nowhere near as good as on a similarly rated GE that I had before. Then the door switch died. Replaced that and it worked for a day; now the entire oven is dead. Never buying a Samsung kitchen appliance again - this lasted barely 2 years!

                                          Expensive and did not last more than 18 months
                                          Bought less than 18 months ago and is ready for the scrap yard. Expensive and did not last. I have had cheap microwaves that lasted longer than this Samsung. Very disappointing. Microwave powered off during a 1 minute reheat and would not come back on, waited several hours, still nothing. Waited several days nothing. Do not waste your money.

                                                never thought i'd say this about a samsung product, but this microwave is lousy. i know the description says the light is off while the microwave is running. i didnt think itd be an issue. it is. power says it's 1000w. my previous microwave was 1000w but this takes 20-30 seconds longer to cook anything. the number pad the microwave are not easy to press. you have to use your knuckles to push the buttons so that respond. your finger doesn't register if you have a light touch. lastly the clock on the microwave is terrible. i have had to reset it multiple times even though there was no power outage. this microwave is just so disappointing. i will never recommend this product.
